Someone called me from U-Haul and asked me if I wanted to change pickup locations to get a "newer" truck, so I agreed. The new pickup location was closed at 10am which was the scheduled time to pickup and they were supposed to be open. No one showed up for 45 minutes. This location was not a main location, and I had rented furniture pads during my online reservationand needed to buy a lock and straps, but they didn't offer these. So, I had to go to corporate U-Haul location down the road (the original rental location) and buy furniture pads (they would no longer let me rent because they said you needed to pickup truck from them in order to rent vs buy pads). The guy at that location said that they probably asked me to move pickup locations because they did not have the equipment at the location I reserved online which means U-Haul lied to me, then inconvenienced me. I have been a long-time customer of U-Haul, so I am extremely disappointed.

There was damage to the truck when I picked it up that need to be repaired. It just needed a screw to keep the piece from falling or flapping down the highway .

The van was dirty, full of garbage and smelled like pee.

Nice experience with this location. The man I dealt with was right on everything he told me. When I'm in need of a rental in this area I will be back .Thanks

Maybe just inform of the key drop box in the back of the building. Other than that, it was perfect! Merci.

This is really a furniture store with a couple of U-Haul trucks out back. I would have preferred a regular U-Haul location, but my reservation was moved to this location. Despite the limited equipment, the service was very good and I received a well maintained truck and everything I needed.
