I had a really bad exp. Uhaul because me a unit was available that I learned was NOT available when I arrived at the site. Fix this error to ensure future customers have a good experience.

Wasn't available during office hours on Friday. Wasn't available to call on Saturday. Still have not been able to move stuff into storage

I accessed my unit three times in the four months I rented there. The main gate was always unlocked, wide open for anyone to enter. Don't expect any proactive communication from the office either.

I have not moved in yet but thank you for the friendly and efficient processing of the paperwork. I will be contacting you soon about navigating around the timing of the driveway repair.

GREAT customer service. Took few minutes to sign the papers. easy access and clean storage unit.

The outside lifting doors could be better cleaned and maintained. Many spiders and eggs sacs on the sides, inside and along the bottom of the door to A34. Spiders everwhere! Brought some home :-((

Unit was really easy to access- there are two types, interior and exterior. Interior requires you to go down a short, narrow hallway, bigger furniture was tough. Poor lighting

Customer service was not great but worked, first card did not work for check in and had to get another after watching the alarms go off once first. Unit had a rat trap in it, unclear if an issue yet.

Because of the website, I was under the impression the unit would be inside a building, rather than inside a drive-up building. There was also no lights in the unit. It was also pretty dirty.

Issue- $50 off 1st 3 mos. 10x10 Driveup unit. Reserved advertised unit via web. @Check in told all units that applied were taken. Web did not state limited availability. No discount. Call 1st.

Very quick to check-in and get my locker. There were no issues with move-in. Some cracks is floor of unit.

Online reservation. Upon arrival facility did not have right-sized unit. Was also told they did not honor free one-month storage. Staff person, Lori, was exceptional in working out both issues.

I had to cancel this reservation, because it wasn`t a facility that gives a free month with one-way rental.

I was not eligible for a free month of storage because this is an `affiliate` facility and not run by U-haul. This was not communicated to me and is completely unacceptable.

the units are very clean and well kept. Employees are very helpful with every aspect of the drop off. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and provided me a generous assistance. One word of advice, perhaps, is that you need your own lock. I didn`t know about this, but luckily I had one handy.

My experience with Uhaul was the worst EVER. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours and no one has contacted me.
