I requested a hand truck dolly and they only had furniture dolly's. This was important for what I needed for the day. A phone call prior to me arriving letting me know would have been helpful so I could then ask around for one. Letting me know once I arrived was not helpful.

Robert was terrific. He found a van that worked perfectly for my needs. He was friendly and helpful. The place is clean, as was the van. This location was clear across town and there were others closer, but next time I need a uhaul I'll most definitely be going back to Great Value Storage.
