I really appreciate the guys down at the Greeley shop. They're always polite, always helpful, and they're just playing good people. As for the vehicle itself, it was just fine. Clean, in good shape, and right there when I needed it. Thanks again, and those folks deserve a special pat on the back. They're good guys.

They didn't have a truck for me so I was talked into a cargo van. That van did not work for me, my stuff would not fit. I ended up using the van to make one trip 3 blocks away and returned it and was charged more than what it says on the side of the Uhaul. It says $19 but I ended up paying over 40 for a 3-block trip with a crap van that made a loud nasty noise every time it was put in any gear. This stuff is not the dealer's fault it is totally Uhauls fault. Take the LIES off the side of your vehicles. It is not in any way shape or form 19 dollars!!! I was scammed and lied to. I will not only never recommend any Uhaul in Greeley but also tell ALL my friends Uhaul lies and you pay double or triple what it says on the side of all Uhaul vehicles.

The uhaul got the job done but it sounded like the whole time the transmission was going to go out or the motor check engine light was on

I drove 60 miles and then filled up with gas and it took 9 gals. If it was on full when I picked it up, then I guess the truck only gets a little over 6 miles to the gallon. Hmmmm. That's hard to believe.

1. Clean the interior after prior use. 2. Load the vehicle with the correct equipment and quantities. 3. FUEL THE TRUCK!!! LEAVING IT WITH 25 MILES TO EMPTY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE..... 4. WHEN YOU SAY YOU'VE FIXED THE ITEM QTY ERROR, BECAUSE YOU FAIL TO KEEP ENOUGH SUPPLIES ON HAND,BE FAMILIAR WITH THE SYSTEM AND ACTUALLY FIX IT. To date you owe me money back for over charging me blankets you did not have. UHAUL Corporation..... This is your responsibility to ensure your end user is taken care of at all costs.

we pulled up and worker in the garage came out to greet us and told us he would take care of everything. thankful for employees like this especially after a tiring day of moving

Owner of this Location was a Jerk. Said he was trying to run a business and do Uhaul at the same time. Seemed frustrated. Inside of Truck had food on the floor between the seats and the guy called me the next day, barking at me, saying I didn't leave truck on 1/4 tank fuel and was going to charge me extra $30. I left it on 1/4 which was more fuel than when I picked it up. Anyways, the crap from this man has soured me on Uhaul. I'll use Home Depot next time.

I rented a van because I wanted a van and they upgraded me to a box truck which got terrible gas mileage, was dirty, and was just a lot more than I needed. I planned on driving all the way across the state but the box truck did not work for my needs.

Well considering the place was closed and the email return was not working (location could not be picked up and could not proceed to the next step), we were lucky an employee happen to come and let us park the truck in the parking lot and took the key. We had to wait on the phone over 30 min to get a uhaul representative. Even then, she did not follow through.
