We had a major issue in that our reservation seemed to have fallen through the cracks. My parents had made the reservation at the store at 800 W Camino Casa Verde, Green Valley, AZ 85614. When we arrived there they first said that they didn't have it, then said it was at the Green Valley Chevron. As we were driving there to get the truck I called and was told there was no reservation. Thankfully they had one truck, not the one we had originally requested, but at least they had a truck. When I called the store on Camino Casa Verde back to find out what happened they said that they took the reservation but that the website had the truck reserved at the Chevron. The guy at Camino Casa Verde was a jerk and I would never send someone to that location. The guy at Chevron, Dylan, was very kind and very helpful. The truck we got at the Chevron was the last in Green Valley, had the Casa store messed up this move believe me I would have raised some hell.

The gentlemen at the Green Valley location was very helpful, he told me the woman at the other location had a history of making mistakes, and everything she did was incorrect, he then had to charge me a dollar because I returned the trailer to the wrong location.

The gas tank was not full. My bad for not checking further, I took their word that it was full and did not verify. I drove 20 miles and the fill up cost $32.00

The initial experience was not too bad, although I had to wait a long time to actually get the paperwork done and get the vehicle. However, the return was a nightmare. This is a very busy gas station and there was one girl working the counter to help store customers and do the U-Haul check in. I waited over a half an hour to return the truck and she finally called the manager to help me. The manager should have known much earlier what was going on, however, in his defense he also had a lot a vender deliveries coming in at the same time. I would go to an actual U-Haul stand-alone store next time.

i wish you had not changed the location i requested... i picked 7am the one you sent me was 3 miles farther away and didnt open until 9am ..... i walked 3 miles to the location i first requested then saw you had sent me an email the day before changing the location.... i was packing the house i didn not see the email but after a week i figured it was at the location i wanted.... they had many of the trucks i wanted...... it was a nightmare... lost three hours of time

The pick up of the equipment was great and easy the drop off was horrible my wife was driving to drop it off and the sales associate demanded she had to park it in a tight space she was not comfortable getting it in and refused to help other then tell her if she was going to hit something and told her she had to park it as we rented even though it is a big parking lot and could have been parked and moved later without interfering in other business

Poorly-written U-Haul software gave the inexperienced cashier trouble in fixing the date on my trailer reservation. SOFTWARE that is unduly inflexible and strangely complex. Only the owner of the GV Chevron seems well-versed in using your poor "system software" ...WTF? Same people who did the Sears "point of sale" software? You know what happened to Sears.... LoL !

Make sure that what the customer asked for online is actually at the facility for the customer. The personnel was great, but a piece of equipment I had requested in advance was not there. It wasn't his fault.

Pick up using the phone App was a little confusing. Plan on spending some time getting it all ready before leaving with the truck. However the staff at the Chevron were very friendly and eager to help. Truck was ready and as-ordered at the right time, except for the moving pads. They were not there when I picked up the truck and I didn't realize it. So check in advance. But otherwise the truck was clean and almost brand new. It ran very well. Trick had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I returned it with 1/2 tank.

Keenan was a great help. He was the one person at the location who was able to switch our drop off location to their store and close our contract. The location identified as a POTENTIAL drop off site was CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY and my rental was due Sunday. Next place I went, they REFUSED to take the trailer because their lot was at the max allowed by the city, but they pointed me to the third locale (same owner), who said they were also full, but they'd take it. Apparently, the guy who was closed caused everybody to use these other two places, filling their lots. I'm really disappointed in this situation. I was under the impression you could return your rental to any location. I can't believe they can actually reject your return!! And the next option was driving another 100 miles to return it to a larger center. Not.

Staff was completely inattentive and once we got someone's attention, they seemed to have no idea how to process the transaction. We had ordered moving blankets & were informed that they never have blankets, so they had to be removed from the order & we had to use whatever we could find to protect our furniture. When I asked someone to inspect the truck with me, I was told that they don't do that & not to worry about it because it wouldn't be inspected upon return either. The truck had several scrapes & damaged areas that had not been marked, so I took pictures to protect myself. I have used this location twice now, with the second experience being even worse that the first. I will never use them again and will warn others no to either.

I requested a 7 am pickup at a different location but corporate UHaul phoned changing both the location and time. The check-in guy didn't even report to work until 8 am so the store clerk helped as best as he could. Nice guy, but not happy with corporate. Then I requested 60 blankets but the the most I could get anywhere in Green Valley was 42. However I was charged for 60. I also requested a dolly but, again, no dolly anywhere in Green Valley. Next move I'll check out Penske!

Close to I19, but hard to see from Continental Road. Air pump for tires was broken and they sent me out with a low tire indicator light on the truck. Manually checked tire air level and said it should be okay. Told me I could go up the road to Ralph's and they would let me put air in it. Also, said if air pump was working, I would have to pay $1.50 to put air in tire! Truck was dirty inside and out. True I arrived early, but was willing to wait until scheduled arrival time, which would have given them 45 minutes to get truck ready.

dropped a trailer off at a location in Sahuarita Az and was told by an associate at this location that I would receive an email but I never did until I went to the drop off location the next day and asked where the email is that I was told I would receive. It was a different associate that day and really didn't seem to know what was going on. I tried calling their boss but didn't get an answer and didn't get a call back from him. Finally after all the running around and hassle the on duty associate finally figured it out. But if I ever need to drop off a uhaul rental again I will definitely find a different location and I will not recommend this location to anyone.

There was confusion on my reservation for an 4X8 trailer. Fortunately Jason the regional representative was at the location and he allowed me to take the trailer and handled the reservation. Still, I waited 20 minutes. I don't know if Jason was not luckily at the location, I would have had my reservation fulfilled. When you go to the station, it is difficult to know where to go or who talk to. When I returned the trailer, I disconnected it and put it away. I'm not sure if the two young people at the counter knew what they were supposed to do.

While the local agent was very friendly and professional, the overall experience of U-Haul was very poor. I had called about 10 minutes before I arrived at the location to a regional U-Haul office and I was assured that my truck was there ready for pick up. Once I arrived, the truck was not there. And I was then sent to another location that was about 30 miles away. Fortunately, when I walked away from the location and crossed the street, I saw my truck arriving at the location. I was able to pick it up. While it all worked out in the end, I felt like it was a very unprofessional experience on the part of U-Haul. And it was very frustrating. Additionally, I tried to use the mobile pick up, and it told me that my equipment wasn't ready and that it was it at the right location.

UHaul needs to invest in calling the rental location to make sure that vehicle is there> .. stop calling consumer the day before to make sure they are still renting .. .call the rental location and make sure that they are going to come thru.

After trying to get a trailer thru the main Rental center which should be the one having the most trailer I found out this location for some reason had the trailer. Trying to pick up the trailer at 8 AM on the 12th of March I was informed that the agent did not come in until 9 AM. After trying to convince the man that I had booked a trailer at the Main Center FOr 111.00 plus tax he charged me 30.00 dollars more and made me wait until the Comp. was working. I will go to other Company for my rentals. My question to the Company (u-haul) why would the Main center be the one to have stock on hand??? Also if you would read the comments on this dealer you would not have him as a dealer.
