We didn't see or talk to anyone. We were charged $15 for the same amount of gas we gor it with. I tried to contest it and get someone to call me but they charged my card anyways. We probably won't be using uhaul again in the future.

Kay was great! Had a couple issues with the computer but that got resolved and we were on our way.

Almost had me leave without the trailer lights extension cord had i not checked. Never mentioned my dolly rental being canceled until I was about to leave when I finally asked. Was told after loaded up the trailer I would have to go to another location for the dolly. Which I did. Worst experience ever with UHAUL!

Location and people were great and very helpful. The uhaul process was total crap. I reserved the uhaul for 9am with pickup through the app and after I already provided my credit card prior now the app is asking for a ton other things that should have been done before and trying to sell more things to me that I already said no to. The uhaul did not come with a dolly I asked for and there was no ramp. There was a charge for blankets that I never asked for but the store didn't even have that either so why even charge me? I was on a big time crunch and after waiting a long time the sales lady said the app won't authorize me to use the truck for another 20 minutes!!! Luckily she sped up the process for me but I still didn't get out of there until at least 9:15 but the charge for uhaul of course started earlier. I was highly stressed primarily because of the stupid app. Why can't things be easier?! It was easier without all these dang apps!

Wasn't informed of the $50 cleaning fee , I would have made sure it was cleaned before I returned it. Also didn't get a copy of anything to have in the truck to show I had rented it. He was busy when I pick the truck up.

When we arrived to pick up U-Haul the manager was left without keys to the building in order to obtain reserved vehicle which made me late to prearranged time of business and once I was finally able to obtain vehicle it was on empty of gasoline which made me have to stop and put gas in said vehicle. After use and return of vehicle then I received a message noting I would be charged 81 for vehicle being returned with the same amount it was received in.

Dropped off truck 12:30 (2 1/2 hours early) on Tuesday. Received call from Uhaul Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning requesting return of truck. Truck return not checked in until 12:30 on Thursday.

This facility should be open on Saturday to accommodate their customers, especially if they are not going to be prepared for remote pick up.

I have drop off locations closer to my destination but apparently the personnel could not find them and caused me to drive further than I had too. This is very irritating especially when I am being charged extra, even though I was well under the stated mileage.

I'll go somewhere else. The drop off location are crooks. Hated my experience! Texas heat and cow manure doesn't mix well! Charging me for the truck being filled back to were it originally was and also clean is insane. Especially after you saw me double check it and refused to look at the video and pictures I tried to provide for proof. Then soon as I turn in and hand you the key and walk out of your store you charge me $40,8 before I could get out of the parking lot! Stating the truck wasn't filled to its original form when I received it. Also that the truck wasn't clean! COW MANURE! I have footage and pictures that the statements are false and the charge shouldn't have taken place in the first place!

Truck to old and broke twice in last then 24 hours . Very frustrating!

Truck was dirty and had trash in it. An appliance dolly and moving blankets were in the truck although I did not reserve those items. On site employee is rude and unavailable by phone or in the office most of the time.

The location for pickup was changed causing delays, also they forgot our dolly and furniture pads. It was very frustrating!

There were to be 60 blankets with the rental. These were not available at pickup and I had to drive to another location. There the owner gave me a10-12 at no charge which I appreciate, but it wasted about 2 hours considering the road construction and evening rush hour. If you're going to guarantee a reservation you should guarantee the whole thing. In the future I guess the neighborhood dealer is out and just put up with the inconvenience of having to go the extra to get to a center instead.

$25 for cleaning!!!!!, swept inside out, we spent at least 30min, washing outside with water, with all doors closed, did not know water gets inside back, when we were in the office to return, the inspector could have told us, I am 73yrs old, I could have jumped inside and dried it out with a towel, it would not have cost me $25. Did not know it did not have a lifter to help take in and out our two 6ft refrigerators, we dropped one of them, Alan and I are 73 and 74yrs, we had to move all this ourselves, and what is a safe move? The employees were nice, but did not know answer to some questions.

We were charged for gas and cleaning even though we returned the equipment within hours of renting it, with the same amount of gas and nothing to be cleaned. Plus, the guy was rude when we brought the truck back.

One of the guys working was extremely sarcastic to the point of rude and wasn't afraid to share his thoughts on the truck size we rented. He even went so far to say that size truck shouldn't be offered, not a good look for someone supposed to be representing the Uhaul brand…We ignored his comments and knew the truck size was perfect for what we needed, and it was. Fortunately, the other associate working was very kind and made up for the other guy.

The gentlemen who assisted me was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I may be wrong but If I'm correct his name was David and he took his time with me even though it was close to closing time.

Showed up at 4:00 PM which was my pickup time to a closed business with a locked door and "OPEN" sign turned off. The business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM so I set my pickup time early. As I started walking to my truck to get on the phone to call corporate, the guy came and opened the door. He then checked me out for renting the small 10-foot box truck. I asked him about the fuel, and he said as long as I brought the vehicle back at a little over 3/4 of a fuel tank like it had in it, I would be good. I drove the vehicle for 39 miles total to pick up some furniture. I went to the gas station and put $10 worth of fuel prior to dropping it off. It ended it having a little more fuel than what was previously in it. The next day I receive a receipt with a $8,5 fuel charge. I contacted UHAUL by email and they stated that I did not fill the vehicle back up with gas. I then contacted the Coporate office and finally got it straightened out. It is a small amount of money, but to me, that was uncalled for especially since the manager knew that the vehicle was just over 3/4 of a tank prior to me departing with the vehicle. I will take services to another place from now on.

Said they were open to 5:30. Dropped the truck at 5:15 and everything was locked up. Two days later, U Haul calls and wants to know why I hadn't returned the truck. A day after that, the truck was finally checked in

This location for drop off was suggested by UHaul to "save money" on rental. It was a 20 minute drive away and ended up having to put more gas in the vehicle just to drop it off. I feel ripped off by UHaul. Only needed the truck for a day. Picked up around 9am and dropped off before 6pm but had to pay for 48 hours of use even though I just needed it for 9 hours. What a rip off!!!

It’s not the locations fault but Uhaul doesn’t give enough miles to get from point A to B with the distance traveled.

Worst U-Haul dealer I have dealt with. Reservations was at 9 am, no one answered any calls or showed up until 10:20. I will never recommend or use this location for any storage or moving needs in the future.

Overall experience was great. I was in and out under 10 mins when collected the vehicle. Return was a breeze as well...as we just dropped the keys in the lockbox.

This location was supposed to be open when I returned the truck and it was not. I subsequently received a text from Uhaul stating that I was late turning in the vehicle even though I was not. This is a great location to rent a truck but they could do a much better job of cleaning their vehicles.
