There was only moving blankets in the truck. I had requested and paid for a utility dolly and furniture dolly, but there was not either in the truck. Other than that it was clean and I was able to complete the job without the equipment.

The location worked well for my needs, close to where I was going and completely crowdless. The TruckShare check-out/check-in process via smartphone is convenient, but is invariably slow, and I don't think it's because of my mobile connection speed. It's not an app, just a website. At the end of the return, which I did after business hours, it went abruptly from uploading photos of the truck to a generic home page without telling me that my return was complete. That left me unsure whether my return was accepted or my rental was still active and I would be billed for an extra day. I had to re-login and double check that "I had no active reservations," I guess that's as good a confirmation as you can get. U-Haul, you need to spend a few $ on some app updates.

Quick and easy drop off! Box was right next to where the truck was parked after hours with clear instructions of where to leave the key and contract!

Was by far the worst U-Haul truck my dad has ever driven; and he's driven a lot of them. He has vowed to never use U-Haul for moving again.

Did a drop off by phone and left the keys in a drop box. A few extra steps (like taking pics and inputting info) but overall smooth process.

I rented the truck online, received a call the day before I picked up my rental that my location had changed 10 miles away from where I wanted to pick up. Then when I did get to the rental place I check in online and never received a code to unlock box to get keys. Had to wait an hour and a half on the person to wait on store customers before if finally got resolved. Then when he was able to help the keys were not in the lock box. They were still in the drop off box. Needless to say this but us almost 2 hours behind our schedule.

Location has a lockbox that is very finicky. Apparently the combination has to be just right or else the lock would not open. Tried for 45 minutes and dealt with the very rude manager of the location who got it off in two seconds and proceeded to say, see? It only took me a second to do this. So I stood out here in the heat for 45 minutes because I wanted to see how fast he could get the lock off? Really? Truck was dirty, key lock on the back of the truck didn't work, the loading tray wouldn't go back inside the truck so we had to force it to go in, and the equipment I ordered with the truck was not in the truck so we had to ask for a refund. There is no WiFi in the area we returned the truck so after 15 minutes of trying to return the truck online, I gave up and put the key in the box (and will get charged $20 for this even though it wasn't my fault). Terrible, terrible location, truck, and support. Called U-Haul several times about the issues, and the only refund I could get was for the equipment I did not get. Very unsatisfied.
