My rental truck drove and ran terrible. I turned it back in early due to the vehicle running in such terrible condition.

Erin made sure we had a place to store our trailer and materials while working in the area. Have used Tri-Star Storage many times and highly recommend if you need storage, check them out. One of the best storage places I have rented from and worked with! Will be back when we work in the area again.

I had a 10 x 30 unit....it had 2 doors....one of the doors was broken and could not use it when i moved in....i asked for it to be repaired on numerous occasions but was always told, hard to get parts....about 2 years of no fixing the door....

None of the equipment I paid for was in the vehicle. My recommendation would be to sweep clean the back of the truck not to leave debris and dead bugs in it, as well as to check the equipment rented is inside the vehicle when leaving it at a drop location that is not even a uhaul dealer. The check in process was terrible taking almost an hour and a half due to the app malfunctioning and the consumer,myself, needing to make 4 separate phone calls to resolve the issue to several departments. And I still have not been credited for the furniture dolly and the bundles of blankets I paid for to rent with the truck.

I was greatful to be able to get my stuff out due to being behind .staff is amazing.only downside was my books were chewed on because of mice and it was droppings in my belongings.

We needed a storage unit for short-term use. Throughout the process, Jessica was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. If we're ever in a similar situation in the future, we'll start our storage search with Jessica without a doubt!

Make sure you put in the right drop off address so we don’t get overcharged and have to call multiple people to get it fixed.

I would highly recommend Tri Star Storage for anyone needing an easy access storage unit. The location was perfect as it was the half way point between Greenville and Washington. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

I was unable to complete on the app and had to spend about 30 minutes with a representative on the phone to open the truck, get the keys and check out the truck.

Better instructions on drop off ...it was difficult since they were not open , i was not sure where to drop the keys off

We chose to do no-contact pickup. I booked the reservation on my computer. When we arrived at the location, I attempted to log in to my u-haul account on my phone but your system didn't recognize the device. The verification code took over a half hour to arrive in my email. I ended up having to call customer service to walk through the pickup because I couldn't access my account on my phone. The customer service person was fantastic but we still spent close to 45 minutes on the process. Please let people know when they book that they should attempt to login on the device they will use at pickup ahead of time. We lost a lot of time that could have been avoided if I had logged in on my phone ahead of time. Truck was nice, a little dirty on the inside, but pretty new. Overall, a good experience even with the pick-up glitch.

Amazing and proactive service! There was some simple miscommunication on how their rent worked compared to other storage places but Angela fixed it and gave me a discount without me even asking.

* The truck was covered in mud. Un-recorded damage to truck. App would not allow me to document. Greenville Mini Storage didn't care. Inside of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and was not clean. * Auto transport trailer was so rusted out that the suspension hardly worked. The ratchets were so rusted out that they did not work. Greenville Mini Storage found another unit, but this cost me nearly 1,5 hours of needed travel time. * Greenville Mini Storage dis not inspect the equipment before renting it to me.

I never got to move my stuff in but I was very impressed with the people and the facility. Will definitely use them in the future and send customers your way.

Over all great renting experience. The driver's seat is not comfortable at all. I felt as though I was going to slide to the front. For what Uhaul charges, a couple hundred dollars in better seats is not much to ask for. I would not rent this truck for a long move.

The online process was a horrible experience and very frustrating. I would rather check in with a real person. The check in process is not user friendly, requires looking up information. The site logs you out when searching for the information so you will need to start the process from the beginning each time. Bring paper and pen to write your verification number and friends phone number down otherwise you will be logged off and must start the process from the beginning. I would recommend reserving a vehicle in advance at a Uhaul location open on the weekends so you can work with an employee not an online process. Write the customer service number down if you book online because you will need to call them.

Trailer was full of trash including boxes and paper. Did not receive 2 rolls of furniture packing that I was charged for . Need to credit my card for this charge.

The process of moving into my storage unit was very easy. The only negative was that the facility did not take cash unless it was exact.

a power adaptor did not come with the trailer so we had to go buy one before we could do anything else. Adaptors should come with the units.

Owner Amit and rental Manger Jolynn went out of their way for me. I can't say enough for how they went the extra mile to help me out with this rental. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent from U-Haul. My hat off to these two fine people. Joe Sheva

Everything worked seamlessly. The facility was organized, and had all of my information from the online reservation. The process was efficient and the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable.
