The only complaint that I have is that the truck leaked during the rain and ruined some of our items. I don't know if this would be the fault of the location itself but still upsetting.
ADAM PThe only thing was the trailer had sticks and leaves in it which had to be swept out. All good other than that !
JOSEPH CThe truck I reserved days in advance was not at this location. This is NOT the first time this has happened when I've used Uhaul. The store employee ultimately gave me a larger truck at the same rental price, but it used way more gas which ended up costing me more. Why have a reservation system if it doesn't work?? The employee was nice and helpful, but Uhaul let me down and let him down as well. He had to deal with a disgruntled customer first thing on a Monday morning. I will probably not use Uhaul in the future.
BRIAN CThe whole experience was seamless! Arrived at the location, accessed the App, found the truck, opened the keylock, got the key and, after a few pictures drove off with my truck. A light under the awning where the truck was parked (it was full dark outside when I got there) would have been a bonus but I had my phone. Thanks for making the move a little bit easier and less stressful.

JEREMY BLocation service did not work so had issues with after hours drop off.
CHARLES HReserved a 15' truck through the website for a Friday pick up and drop off the same day. The estimate on the website showed $0,99 per mile however when I picked up the truck, a 10' as the 15' was not available, I was told the mileage charge would be $1,19 because Friday is considered a weekend. If that is the case why didn't the website estimate make that known? Pretty shady business dealing. Looking through the UHaul main site and this information is not included anywhere.
MICHAEL TThe truck I receive had no heat and had windshield wipers that were insufficient
PETA-ANN CRepair emergency (accident) quick release mechanism on tow trailer. Previous user must have bent it dropping the truck ramp. Dealer offered to bend it back into place, but it needs be checked for correct operation. Give the dealer an "atta boy" for the pleasant experience and order adjustments.
JARED TEasily assessable from my house, and employee was super nice. All of the equipment is clean and works as it should. Would rent here again!
Conner WThe app didn't work for check in. My pick and top off location were changes which sent me over my allotted miles from the start. They did not include the furniture pads i reserved which have not been refunded. And they are trying to charge me another 96$ for the furniture pads that i never had. Don't use these people.
Spencer MHave your rotation JH looked at by AFM. Ramp needs a new handhold and the box leaks water and has no lights.
ZACHARY BI reserved a specific trailer and when I arrived they told that the one I reserved was no longer available. The move was one way about 500 miles and he kept trying to get me to take trailers that had bad tires and possible leaks. I finally found the one I had reserved, hidden on his lot. One tire was iffy but had the tire shop next door check and inflate the tires before departing. Just seemed shady.

SHAHLA WJohn was nice, personable, and professional. The check engine light was on. I called and was told it is okay on this truck. I prefer not to see that light on, but the truck drove and acted fine.

CHARLES SI had a 26 foot truck and this location had no really good place to park it. Again, I can't stress enough how horrible and frustrating the uhaul app and website and phone support is. I wasted an hour and a half of my time on an already stressful day trying to move just because uhaul has an app that doesn't work and then makes people wait 30 minutes to talk to support on the phone. I will tell anyone to avoid uhaul if they can help it.
Eric CThe first truck we rented looked like it went through a war inside (seats ripped, gross overall) and would not turn over. Little concern if there would be continued issues - upgraded to avoid further issues during rental.
KATHERINE SCheck in and out was so easy- the gentleman who works the location is awesome to work with. His memory is amazing. We rent the UHaul for a non-profit camp for children and their siblings living with cancer and he remembers year after year. I will always rent from him and send everyone I can to him.

MICHAEL PThe employee left before 5:00. The check in process took too long. The wrong lock was placed on my box, forcing me to call the 800#. Overall, it took over an hour to check in through the app.
Kirby SThe U-Haul app would not work properly upon return, so I had to call customer service to check out. It took nearly an hour to make the return of the truck.
Jason MThe location was great. The person was extremely helpful and looked after my needs while I was having multiple issues with UHaul proper. UHaul as a company has been nothing but issue after issue unfortunately. Between sending me to the incorrect location, making me drive two hours out of my way, refusing to reimburse me for that time (was offered a credit on my next purchase), inconsistency on service rep guidance, and overall pricing methodology, specifically charging me for miles I didn't drive (why do you charge us up front instead of charging us once we arrive at the location to see how many miles we ACTUALLY drove?), UHaul as a company has extremely poor work processes.

Daryl FIf you make a reservation month out to date you need it and truck is available at the location and time you choose, uhaul needs honor that reservation for location and time once day arrives. Changed my location and pickup time because they didn't have truck no longer for me. Made me drive farther out to pickup truck and change my times which made me pay uhaul more than what I would have paid. Honor the reservations for location and time of pickup!!!
Breanna BThis location doesn't abide by the hours they have posted on their information. They were closed during both pickup and drop off although it was within their posted hours of operation. Couldn't get ahold of anyone during pickup but thankfully the main customer service line was helpful. In general I've had issues with the entire process of picking up, dropping off, and billing.

Louie AAfter being canceled TWICE AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION. I WAS DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY AND VERY STRESSED OUT! I had everyone coming to help me load truck Saturday at 3.You canceled me at noon.It was HORRIBLE! Thank God Carrie found this truck for me.I Stilll haven't received $50 credit in my account that Carrie promised me?
LESLIE POriginally had a reservation at a different location was contacted the night before (morning pick up) that they didn't have it available anymore. I was moved to this location. When I got there they kept saying how old the truck was. It ended up leaking oil all over a brand new concrete driveway. Was told I need to contact uhaul about it as the location just rents the trucks.
Jason BI was overcharged for a rental i did not rent. Mobile pickup or return did not work correctly. I called Uhaul, sent an email on the erroneous receipt and still waiting for the credit.
Tamara FI picked up a van on Friday at 3:30pm miles on van was 30328 I returned same Friday evening at 5:30pm miles on van was at 30353 I drove it 25 miles when they checked it in Saturday morning they added 200 miles and billed me for an additional $122.71. I tried to call Saturday several times then went to location at 3pm they were closed sign says hours open till 5pm. So I had to wait until Monday to get this straightened out. Thank goodness I took a picture of the odometer when I parked the van in their lot other wise it would be my word against theirs. They fixed it and issued a credit but it is really sad that we have to be on hard constantly about being ripped off!

Phillip PAlthough the location was big and easy to get in and out of the person working the office was clueless on how to use any of the equipment. Every question we asked her she had to call someone else.
Amanda RWas closed due to no internet when I arrived. PU location changed day before with no notice. Had to drive 20 miles out of way.
terry jInternet service was down so staff left early for the day. U-Haul app was being difficult during return and did not have a spot to input mileage or fuel remaining. Otherwise easy to find and easy to navigate, but systems made return difficult.
Erik KI know things happen, but when I arrived (early) to return my rental trailer, the place was closed with a sign taped to the door "Sorry, we have closed due to internet issues". I called the number that was on the sign and nobody answered, but I got a text back that they would call me back. I replied to the text that I was at their location to drop off a trailer. I got a call back asking me to take the trailer to another location, which they agreed to let me drop it where it was. I took pictures of the paperwork and trailer and texted them back to that person. Not ideal, but the job was done. I have another rental for this weekend with the return to the same location. Glenn YDrop off was easy although their site was not listed as a location in the self drop off so I had to call the owner. He was nice and had me just send a picture that I left it and he checked it in for me.
Hope WOpen signs are left on when there is clearly nobody there. Had trouble unlocking the lockbox. Had to call customer service to assist because nobody was there. Employee was late getting there to open store, and then forgot his key to o0en the door.
