On site personnel was very helpful. The truck was ready when I got there and pick up and drop off were very easy.Greg F.
Made a reservation for a uhaul and upon arrival noticed that there was no one at the location despite it being during business hours. Called a number on the door for assistance. The person who answered tells me, â€œI've got 9 people here so you're just gonna have to wait.â€ A hour and a half goes by and we finally get the keys to the uhaul. A HOUR AND A HALF. The worst customer service ever. No apology. No let's make it right. Nothing. Then we get in the uhaul and the ENGINE LIGHT is ON. I was beyond irritated. This entire rental experience was the absolute worst and I wouldn't even think to waste my breathe to refer someone here.Jordan B.

We got the truck no problem had it a short time less than a hour he had down 3 hours not what we told the kid.then when it was returned he did not check it in right away. I had to call and tell him to check it back in. Because I got a text telling me what time it had to be back by. So our experiences at the different locations are not so good.Gail V.
No improvement needed. Young lady at the counter was very helpful since two of the 15' trucks had to have repairs. I still got my order taken care of and staff was helpful. I would recomend to friend. Merci!JOHN K.

My reservation was for 8:00 a.m. and had been confirmed for 8:00 a.m.; however, the property did not provide access to a key and did not open until 9:00 a.m. Staff did not acknowledge this whatsoever when I picked up the key and was actually on a personal call.Jennifer E.

There were things broken in the truck, it wasn't clean, and it took forever to rent out in the rain. The Internet site was down... It was just a whole process that took hours and wasn't easy.Shatoya F.

We did our reservations with Greenwood south (near whiteland) but once we arrived we were told our reservation ended up going somewhere else in Greenwood with the same ownership. It wasn't in a convenient location as planned but it worked we had spoke to a person a week prior and they confirmed the Greenwood south location so I have no idea what happened. We were still able to get everything in our time frame luckily, truck was clean and price was reasonable.Amber L.

Was texted that location closed early and could pick up online. Online showed no reservations, had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes before finally getting ahold of someone. I understand things come up but felt it shouldn't of taken that long to get ahold of someone. Next time I'll pay the little extra and rent a Penske.Kavon S.
The appliance dolly I requested was not in the truck at my 8 am pick-up. The location didn't open until 9:30, so I couldn't wait. That made my move significantly more difficult.Rachael D.

Communication text messages were COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE (no contentâ€¦ just a â€œclick hereâ€â€¦ when my location is changed?!?) and the 24/7 checkin process was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE (I think I took a picture of my drivers license no less than 8 times). The facility and truck itself, though, was fine.Tara W.
I rented my truck at 12:30 pm on Saturday. It was returned about 8am on Sunday. I was told 24 hour rental and I was charged for 2 days. I requested a refund and was refused. I am a 64 year old single lady and this is a really poor way to treat a Senior citizen. I promise to share my bad experience with everyone I know. It is very disappointing.tammy C.

I scheduled the rental 3 weeks in advance. I was notified Friday evening that my requested 20' truck was not at the location I requested and I would have to go to another location further away. Then, I checked to see if a 15' truck was at the location I requested and was told no. Then, another representative called me and said there was. When I went to pick up the truck, the app wouldn't work. I finally got it to, but when I tried to get the key it wouldn't work. I waited on hold another 20 min and was told I would have to go to another location. The whole process delayed the move 1 hour 45 min and had people waiting on the truck. Totally unacceptable!Beth T.
I did a Sunday pickup, so there was not an employee at the location. I had trouble with the online pickup process, so thankfully the individual who answered the 800 number was able to assist me. I think that part of the process needs to be made easier, but otherwise was happy overall.Mary C.

You could actually have the equipment that I reserved on site when I show up and then when you try to send me to another place and I don't have a ride the manager says we are not a freaking taxi service. I had to suck it up and deal with it because I didn't have any other optionsScott D.

Have a better memory and a bit flexible. Was told I could pick it up the evening before but asked to be there 45 to a hour before closing. When I got there was told I had to wait to closing to avoid a two day charge. Plusâ€¦ The trailer had a horrible odor that we had to air out so we couldn't even load my son college stuff that evening anyway.John K.
The guy at this store was great. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Will use this store again. However the store at 4200 East Street in Indianapolis has a problem. The Manager is rude to everyone, even his own employees. There's never enough employees working. I wouldn't give that store even 1star in a review. Also never get propane there either. Their usually out, but they will make you wait forever then if you have to go in the store you have to walk all the way to the front. They have an employee door conveniently located for them to use but customers has to go to the front door.Donald T.

We originally scheduled online and even preconfirmed with the site at Jake's Body Shop on state road 144 in IN. My husband did not notice a location move text from the evening before. When we got to Jake's, the lady helping my husband was rude and denied ever ha ing had us scheduled. She was giving the truck we ordered to another guy who had also been moved. That location stinks, but also this policy of moving reservations around is ridiculous. . I ask what is the point of reservations and precheckins? This mess caused us a 2 hour delay on our move plans and was very frustrating and inconvenient. It also cost me more mileage charges because of the distance to the new location.tom W.

Vehicle I reserved had the transmission go out do they â€œ upgradedâ€ me to a bigger truck at no additional cost. While that was good, I did not need the extra space and it cost me more in fuel. I was charged for gas that we should not have had to pay for. I took pictures of the gas gauge and returned it the same way. I was also charged a $14 safe move fee which was waived when I reserved it online. I was told to call Corp and fight the charges. The Customer Service was very lacking.Russell S.
