My order got completely messed up. My experience was poor. I paid in cash so I had to pay a deposit that I have yet to get back 2 days later because the store made errors when I came to return my U-Haul.

Dan SaletzkiThe pick up location was not prepared for our appointment time. The truck had not been cleaned, and as far as I could tell p.m.ed for safety of a trip of over 600 miles either! We were not able to take the time for them to correct the matters especially because we had to drive 25 minutes out of the way to pick that vehicle up at a different location than requested from the beginning. The truck being dirty on interior, cab and box meant that our belongings also got dirty.! We are not pleased with the service we got for the amount of money we paid for it! No offer of compensation was given, and this will greatly deter us from using your business again.

Ocsar HullI reserved a truck 2 weeks out. Uhaul would not transport to where I requested. I had to drive 80 miles out of my way to get this truck. This is a gas station. Truck had French fries and junk, dirt, trash all over the cab. In the back there was an old broken appliance - dryer all busted and in pieces. Broken plastic, dryer lent and dirt all over. The gas tank was only half full, I had to put $45 of gas before I left their parking lot. They obviously don't check anything. If you need a place to dump off a dirty truck, this is the place.

Lee VanlandinghamNot be so misleading with your price, I was told a 5x8 pull behind was going to be $18 , when I arrived and got the uhaul the price was $64 , and I returned it the next morning I was charge another $20 , making the price $84 for a product y’all said would be $18.
PHIL WILLIAMSI made reservation for 7:30am but was unaware they do not open until 8:00am. This would have been nice to know on website when reserving.

Nicholas Dinep-SchneiderThere was nowhere to park uhaul. The lady tried to tell me that they couldn't do a return during lunch. Parking lot was nasty. A drain from the restaurant runs into parking lot. There was rotten food in the lot which smelled terrible.

The cashier had a bad attitude and gave me the run around because she lied and said that the Uhaul website was down but, I know she just didn't want to help me. I didn't get the Uhaul until 2 hours later after I went home and got straight on the website (that wasn't down) and did everything myself. I guess she was having a bad day but, it should not have affected her doing her job. My experience with this location.. I will never go back.

DANIEL YARBROUGHWe ordered pads and dollys with our Uhaul and they were not provided. This was an extreme inconvenience to our move. We also had to drive 85 miles to pick up our Uhaul from our house. I will not be recommending Uhaul services to anyone who asks.

KENNETH SANDERSI had to pick up the box truck at this location because uhaul in Jackson area is no good at all. Do not communicate on time, lack of equipment, staff not friendly at all.
CRISTIAN GILThe lights and blinkers in the trailer did not work. This is something that needs to always be checked and fixed because it could cause a serious wreck !

Dylan JonesThis location is the worst I've ever experienced. These people DO NOT need to be a rental location. They do not have proper computer connections and an employee has to bring her personal laptop and cell phone to work just to communicate with Uhaul. They did not provide the refrigerator dolly and their excuse for not having the blankets was that they were stolen. Why couldn't I have been informed of this before I came to get the truck?? I could have possibly booked another company. It took the girl over an hour just to check me in to get the truck! They cost me an additional $200 to get more help to load a refrigerator and unload it just because they did not care if they could provide the requested equipment for the customer!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT RO HAVE AN ANXIETY ATTACK!!

SHARON DOOLEYThe U Haul manager was supposedly not on site. When called she would not come in. The U Haul equipment was returned on a Saturday about 12:30 pm. It was not logged in until 9:00 am the next day. The personnel at the store had no idea what to do and refused to give me a copy of paperwork saying we had returned it. Will never drop off or pickup tgere again.
