Griggs was great to deal with, however that was not where my day started. When I made my reservation a chose a location in Franklin Va on Armory Dr to pick up the truck. I also specifically chose not to do self check out. When I check my email after work Thursday evening I saw that you had changed my pick up location to New Market Rd. in Courtland Va. My pickup time was 8:00 a.m. When I arrived I saw that the location did not open until 11:00 a.m. When I called customer service I was told I would have to you self check out which I specifically chose not to use as an option. Finally after several minutes of trying to convince the rep I was not going to check out a 60k truck on line she found me a truck 2 miles down the road. When I went to turn the truck in I was sent 30 miles out of my way to a location in another town instead of being able to drop off at the location just 3 miles away. I started my move 3 hours last than planned and had to waste an additional hour to return the truck. All of this because Uhaul wanted me to be convenient for them and made no effort to be convenient for me. I will not ever be using Uhaul again. Very poor customer service.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with! They went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible! Will definitely be going back if the need for another uhaul ever comes up!

No problem with the location at all. The online experience with uhaul.com however was nothing short of horrible! One problem after another.
