I was over charged for another and I turned my Van in and talk to lady at the store who said she can't go into the computer but drop my Keys in BOX and she will verify I dropped it off also take a pic of me dropping keys in box by HER!!! Picture shows her dropping my KEYS IN BOX ??? I want to FILE a COMPLAINT and POST ON FACEBOOK and SOCIAL MEDIA how UHALE will rep you ...OFF !!! Been dealing with them for many of YEAR!!!... Lately it's been nothing but issues and CRAZY PRICE HIKES!!!

Tony and his team were amazing. I had never rented a U-Haul before and they walked me through the whole process and were super patient and helpful on pickup and drop off. I really recommend using this service!

Debra GTruck seemed to be falling apart.. when we received the truck the arm rest on the right passenger side is broken, barely hanging on by a screw. Fuel cap was not even properly closed! Went to dropped off the truck at 3pm and no one or representative could be found so we just ended up dropping the keys off in a drop off box.

Colleen KThere was a problem with the steering wheel from bringing and staff told me it is normal ! . To just put pressure on the wheel while turning it to right and left to make it work. Sometimes it work and other times it would take few minutes of push and pull to make it work. It was a terrifying experience to have that happen on the road. Also cause my wrist to feel painful because I was putting pressure on it . Most terrifying experience. I can't trust this uhul location again.

David GThe associate Sarah was excellent and very helpful. She took good care of us and went above and beyond. The trailer was a little full of debris when we got it. The manager didn't have the 2 furniture dollys but substituted one for blankets. We had to go down the road to get a furniture dolly from another uhaul place. I expected everything I had on my order to be in stock but did have to go out of my way to get it. The manager did make sure to call though and get us atleast one. This location is sorta tricky because it's a gas station. They did make sure we're taken care of but it being a gas station was tricky but also convenient to because you can get gas and drinks and not have to stop later.
