No one was at the location and that wasn't a problem. I didn't like that I received a email saying I hadn't returned the truck due to no one available to check it in until 2 days later.

Clyde BI scheduled an in-person pickup appointment, as I didn't want to fool with the app and creepy biometric data gathering that you cant opt out of. This location, according to the handwritten note on the door, doesn't have hours that they adhere to, even though they have stated hours on the U-Haul website. Instead, I had to wait an hour on phone support because this location was closed and the app did not work properly. The phone associate also decided they had to call one of our friends to get permission to let us rent the truck. It was an absolutely awful experience. Furthermore, this location had the incorrect amount of gas listed. However, we were already so late and didn't want to wait ANOTHER hour to contest it, so we were charged at drop off for their mistake. Do not rent from this location.
Andrew WThis location could let their customers know the actual hours they are open. We were under the impression the office would be open until 1 pm, and we arrived around 12:15 and they were not open, so we were lost as to what we were supposed to do. U-haul did not give me any information on how to get the truck until after I called the information number. I also was extremely disappointed that the dolly and furniture pads i requested and paid for were not available, but no one bothered to tell me that in advance so that I could come prepared. Will not be using U-Haul in the future.
