We picked up at the Grove Motel in Lake Wales and the lady in the office was very rude on the phone and in person. If we didnt need the uhaul truck then we would have left. She had a nasry nasty artitude.

It was no were to park the truck and very secluded and uninviting. There needs to be better lighting. A lot of drug user's walking around at night.

This was not my original drop off site. I was very upset that when i took to the original drop off site i was told that trailers were NOT accepted!!!! It seems to me that practice is ridiculous!!!! Any U Haul provider should accept a return!! Very unprofessional and inconvenient policy.

If you value your life don't come around here. This "Motel" is a crack house. The lady working there was laying on a couch sleeping and was extremely rude.

Equipment faulty loaded with furniture that I had to pay movers to throw out for an HR before they could start loading me including 3 5 gal cNs of race car gazoline hazard to your truck T 100 degrees yeperatire and short on Or conditioner for 1300 mile one way truck rental with storms. To a 70 year old woman with Lupus and kemo patient. Thank you for a 1400 charge nlus gas cost. Unsafety default equipment which is an accident waiting to happen thank God I'm 55 year of driving trucks with a marketing degree. Otherwise we would not be having this chat but did you think of the other lives you could ha affected. So what are you going to recuperate me with a 1400 dollar charge plus 200 to unload mess and safely dispose off another 50.oo plus no air brakes light or wind shield washers in a middle of a storm and sick. Never have I endured such lack of business practice. And I have been a long time customer.

In a weird location

The staff person was abrasive, and there was no lockbox available for key placement when the staff person was not present (though it was during a time frame when she indicated that the office would be staffed)

No one was there when I dropped off the trailer. I parked it next to existing trailers on site & took photos of it detached from my truck with the motel's sign in the background.

We scheduled pick up near our home and was informed later had to go to a branch farther away. We were told extra mileage would be added for the inconvenience but it wasn't and I was charged for this.

Grove Motel location and personnel is the worst place and customer service I have ever received in my life. The personal whom said she was the owner of the motel and the uhaul location cussed at me and was extremely rude and disgusting toward me. I think that Uhaul need to change this location or employee and compensated me for the rudness and disrespectfully words and attitude.l by the person

The office is not desirable, printer didn't have enough ink, and trailer has not been well maintained, the lug nuts were real rusty so therefore that explains why the one tire on right side had bald spots and other side not good tread, tail sticking out so that water can get behind it. Was afraid of a blowout.

Only 1 trailer in the lot. Had to call, uhaul office was in a motel and no sign.

I showed up at the appointed pickup time and the office was closed. I called the number I had available and within the half hour I got a call and someone met me at the site to facilitate the pickup.

Make sure ALL employees that work for uhaul know how to do job!! Will NEVER USE UHAUL SERVICES AGAIN!! And I will let everyone I know not to use them!! Has nothing to do with where we actually ended up getting a uhaul after our first reservation at one place didn't go through when this was reserved a week prior then got sent to another location 40 mins from me saying a truck was there and available for pick up get there and NO truck had to drive another 45 mins to get a truck this was the third stop and 5 hours later had movers waiting at the storage units on us arrived to them 6 1/2 hours later which we had to pay them for!! Would really appreciate someone reaching out to me in regards to this, I don't have to wait on the phone for 50 mins to speak to someone I did enough of that waiting on saturation you people!! I originally ordered around the corner at a different location. They didn't show up and their office was locked!!?? This was an alternate location which did great considering they didn't know I was coming.

Truck was dirty inside the cab, the storage area, and the windshield. Food and spills and dirt in the cab. Trash and hairballs in the storage area. Windshield was covered with dead bugs and also filthy on the inside too.

The loction is perfect for drop offs. I didn't see inside the office so I can't comment as to its cleanliness. But, the personnel was very nice.

Hire someone who knows how to enter the correct customer's information so that random people do not receive someone else's u-haul contract info.

Cleaner cat free environment. Location had a cat in office. Cat was an indoir cat. Not good for those with allergies

I am always after a 5 x 9 trailer with ramp to cut my snowbirds grass as they are at their house in Tennessee .In other words a super simple way to check locations that have the trailer without filling in first time reservation rental hoopla. Plenty of Uhaul facilities near me just need to know where one is at without giving the same information.over and over while on the Web

My credit card was used to rent that truck out again and I have a $556. Frausulent Charge on my card. The truck was reported as not returned.
