I was charged for an extra day and for “safe mover” coverage that I never agreed to. I was provided no contract or receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. Only to find out that they decided to try and charge me for whatever they could think of. This establishment takes advantage of its customers.

My experience was an absolute nightmare!! First of all from my my Safari application On iPhone It kept giving me errors and after I installed the application on my iPhone I was able to schedule a pick up but unfortunately it's scheduled me for to pick ups. And did not give me the opportunity to cancel the one that was partially completed online although I have never completed that sign-up process. The windshield was cracked on the van that I purchased and I could not see that until I started the van and defrosted the window because it was covered with Frost. I was forced to stand out in the cold weather 24° trying to upload copies of my drivers license and pictures of myself and wait for someone to get around to confirming my identity.. this could've been done the day before when I made the reservation--when they asked me to put in my drivers license information. The application try to say that the gas tank was full and it was not full I was forced to send a picture. I made a reservation to pick up at one location and it change the location for pick up to another location and I had to find the place. There were no documents in the vehicle to supply the state trooper when I got pulled over on the New Jersey.... When I went to return the vehicle the iPhone application was trying to direct me to deliver it back to another location not the place where I picked it up where I had left my car. Needless to say the whole experience was horrible!!
