there are numerous issues with the location. the phone listed on the door and on uhaul website was not answered or my voicemail was not returned. I had issues with the lock and i spoke with a great client service person (her name escapes me) but she was a god send.

They overcharged me for the vehicle. The insurance was for $15 however, later I got charged for $30. Also, the rental charge is also more than what shows on website and was conveyed.
