Clean bathrooms and nice ti leaf plants planted throughout the ground area. Absolutely no trash flying around. Very, very clean all around. Thomas is awesome, very, very helpful, and he responds very quickly. He is very professional and such a blessing for us to have had his service in our stressful time of moving , making it a lot smoother. Thank you, Guardian Storage, at Kalapaki for your team members and ground members for keeping it beautiful . Also you can sign up and pay for your storage online. I love this feature.

Mary M | Expérience généraleThe storage unit was covered in dirt as was my belongings from all the construction that went on while my items were in the warehouse. I spent the first week of my move in cleaning every item stored in the unit. The fact is I paid $480 plus tax a month for well over 2,5 years equalling thousands of dollars only to have to clean everything before I could even move furniture and belongings into newly acquired residence, everything required a deep clean, which is totally absurd, since moving blankets and storage bins were used on 95 % of belongings. Furthermore after move out the entire unit floor and walls was covered in dust and debris from the overflow of the construction that accrued at that facility . The open flow of ceiling areas should have been covered and secured for protection of the storage units during the period of the remodel to protect the customers belongs without questions. It's absurd this was not part of the requirements to begin construction in an enclosed area, as it common sense that it will be affecting open areas such as the units you supply.

We never received an email telling us which unit was ours and I was told no one would be in the office until Tuesday, so I didnt try to call "after hours". When I called on Tuesday to cancel when we decided we didn't need it and to get a refund because we never had access, because the email never came, we were told "well you had it all weekend." The confirmation email finally came through, AFTER the cancellation email was sent to a different address, it came with less than a full refund. Just didn't seem right. If someone forgot to send the email, or they had it wrong in their system until I called, that's one thing, but to say it was on us, is wrong. Bummer!

Restroom facilities open and clean and a secured access gate that one can come and go 24/7 at convenience of customer. You purchase and use your own combination locks for more security. .I highly recommend Guardian Storage for security and convenience in keeping your prized possessions.
