"Even if you did not utilize the storage unit, you must submit comments...to obtain the refund" This policy is very strange and forces your customers to submit rating even if no interaction took place

It is frustrating that UHAUL require customers to leave feedback to obtain a refund. I did not rent at this facility so I am unable to leave any constructive feedback. I just want my REFUND!

This facility is not recognized as a U-Haul storage facility that applies to the one month free as advertised when I rented a U-Haul. I feel I was mislead and it cost me $200.

Don't put a drop-off location as available if the person working there isn't aware that it will be arriving. Diane took care of the situation quickly and professionally, but U-Haul should have never put either of us in the situation where we had to call around and WAIT to find out if I could leave the truck there. Very irritating after 3 days of moving.
