The first location no one showed up for us to rent so we were sent to this location. They did not have any of the supplies we requested. It is a hotel. You can't enter the lobby so we had to stand outside in the cold to do all the paperwork.

I rented a truck and later realized that I needed it for more than a day. I called Uhaul and a nice gentleman told me that he will extend it at no charge. I drove to the Guest Inn later to confirm and the old man I found there spoke barely any English and all he could tell me was “the manager is not here”. I chatted with Uhaul and the rep verified that the rental was extended. When I finally returned the truck, I was charged for an extra day. I explained to the guest inn rep that I had called and gotten a free extra day extension. His response was that he could do nothing as he was only going by whats on the computer. It was as if you just had a robot there. No offer to call Uhaul but insteaad asked me to call. I called and the lady that answered couldn't wait to transfer me as soon as I mentioned “money”. She hurriedly transfered me to “customer service”. The wait was too long that I had to hang up. I later received an email receipt with a contact email for any questions. I sent an email and yet to get any answer. Overall, terrible customer service experience.

This wasn't an authorized U-HAUL Rental Location. It was actually at a Hotel ran by some people who didn't speak or understand English very well!!! They were very rude and wouldn't allow any customers to come inside the building to complete paperwork or use the restroom despite we were all wearing mask!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The truck was clean but the steering wheel was very sticky. The exterior of the truck was damaged in all sides. The driving of the truck felt extremely dangerous it shaked and was hard to steer. This truck should be parked and crushed.

LOGISTICS WAS A NIGHTMARE AND PRICE QUOTED WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO FINAL BILL. HAD TROUBLE WITH REAR TIRE ON TRAILER KEPT GOING FLAT, HEADLIGHTS WERE DIM HAD TO USE HIGH BEAMS AND WIPERS WERE SHIT AND WAS DRIVING IN THE RAIN. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN THE PRICE WITH GAS I COULD OF HAD IT PICKED UP WITH A SEMI AND PUT IN COVERED TRAILER. I WAS QUOTED 750. FROM THE FIRST PHONE CAL TO THE 5TH IT WAS A MESS EVERYTHING WAS WRONG GOT A CALL FROM ARKANSAS WANTING TO KNOW WHEN I WAS PICKING TRUCK AND TRAILER UP.

The staff was excellent but the Vehicle was not clean. The truck had paint stains in the seat and middle seat had a small burn hole. Also was told there would be a 2in ball hitch on the back but there was not one. Customer service was Excellent.

Well the 2nd locations service was great! My 1st reservation was at a center close to my home. It was closed when I arrived! I called customer service and they directed me to another location further away from from my home. This made me late for the job I had to do. So basically just spent $100 for a half done job! I think I should get a full or partial refund. Thank you Joey McGlamory

The process to get the rental truck took almost 45 minutes. Then after getting the rental truck the inside was dirty. So the process could be a little faster and the rental a lot more cleaner.

I was rerouted to this location and should have just declined to pick up the truck. This is a seedy motel with unsavory people just sitting around lurking. It was very unsafe and made me nervous, and I don't scare easily. The truck also pulled and the engine light came on and stayed on. This left me fearful that the pulling would result in the vehicle breaking down. Thankfully I had a short trip.

I was told the location opened at 8am by Uhaul. I arrived at 8am to find the guy at the desk asleep and he said the "Uhaul rental manager is not in until 8:30 am". I advised that is not what I was told by Uhaul. He did not seem to care and told me to take it up with Uhaul. I had to wait until 8:30 am which put me behind schedule because the traffic after 8:30 am is MUCH worse and I knew the delay would be significant. I called Uhaul to discuss the situation at *:00 am. The first person I spoke with told me to take it up with the guy at the pick up location (WRONG ANSWER). I asked to speak to a manager and the manager took it more serious and did the right thing. At 8:30 I went into the motel where the rental location was once again. I was met by the SAME guy I spoke with at 8:00 am who told me to come back at 8:30 am because the "Uhaul Rental Manager would not be in until 8:30 am. He finally started the rental process. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT???? The guy at 8:00 am and 8:30 are the SAME guy!!! When he checked me out he charged me TWICE for the full coverage insurance. He could not understand that I had already selected full coverage when I book it and it was already in the price he charged me. I had to call a UHaul manager a second time to get the issue with the full coverage insurance fixed. It took the guy at the pick up location 30 minutes to check the truck out. This delay in checking it out cost me DEARLY in time because I spent an additional 45 minutes in traffic because of the delay. Had I know he was not open until 8:30 am, I would have selected a different pick up location. The location does not reflect well on Uhaul.

The mobile pick up was acting slow, I went inside to ask them for assistance and he told me I couldn't pick up because his manager wasn't there, when I told him that I was doing mobile pick up he still insisted I wasn't allowed to get the truck until the morning. He was rude and nasty about it. I was very displeased

People were friendly, but not a great area to bring the family. I would recommend leaving the kids and only having dad come. Condoms in the parking lot and a working girl asked to, well, I don't need to say the rest.

This was the worse location of an Uhaul establishment. My driver side store would not close all the way I was driving down in the interstate with my driver door barely hanging on. The inside the uhaul smell horrible and the smell was in my furniture. The guy who gave me rental truck was very rude and was not trying to understand me he was looking at me in a very disrespectful demeanor I felt uncomfortable. Overall experience was horrible I will never use another uhaul establishment nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

After driving for an hour to a UHaul location that did not exist, I was finally directed to this address. It was truly due to the courteousness and professionalism of this location that I did not create a terrible review. Please update your locations online!!!!!!!

I reserved a two dolly that was supposed to be 4 miles from my location, after my reservation was taken I had to go 40 miles round-trip to a different location to pick it up. That location took 45 minutes to do the paperwork before I could leave.

THE PROBLEM IS UHAUL. I OPTED OUT OF THE INSURANCE WHEN I FILLED OUT THE INFORMATION FOR THE ONLINE RESERVATION. THE MANAGER WENT OVER THE MILLAGE AND AMOUNT OF GA. ALSO HE HE ASKED HOW MANY MILES I WAS DRIVING. NOTHING WAS EVER SAID ABOUT THE INSURANCE. I SINGED IT AND LEFT . WHEN I CAME BACK THE BILL WAS OVER 60 DOLLARS. I STARTED LOOKING AT THE BILL AND I FOUND THE PREMIUM INSURANCE CHARGE. I OPTED OUT ONLINE AND STILL GOT CHARGED. UHAUL SEEMS NOT WANT TO BE TO CONCERNED ABOUT EXPLAINING THE INSURANCE HOPING THAT THE CUSTOMER WONT SEE IT. I HAVE NOTICED THIS BEFORE. I GUESS IT IS NO USE TO FILL THE INFORMATION ONLINE AS IT CHANGES ITSELF. MUST BE AI BECAUSE A COMPUTER DOES WHAT IT IS PROGRAMED TO DO.

I booked at a-1 and uhaul overbooked that location when finally figured there misatke uhaul switched me to this location for a pick up at 11pm.However this location did a great job but uhaul really needs to get it together.I book where I book and Don't want to be moved unless otherwise

The guy wasn't on staff to check us in or out. We had to go through a third party to receive/return keys. Because of this we were charged for using the uhaul for five days and that's just absolutely absurd. People shouldn't run a business/ franchise if they're not going to have the time for it.
