The location was closed during regular business hours. The process wasn't a smooth rental since everything was done over the phone.

When reservation was changed by Uhaul the change and removed my original online requested items and having to go to another location which was so busy it took an hour plus my app kept dropping creating another hour delay. Moving is already hard and Uhaul made it harder to get moving

The personnel were non existent and directions for dropping were not clearly given to us prior to arrival. Upon arriving they responded that we should text them but never responded to our reply text.

The store was closed didn’t know where to put the truck it was dirty where you drop off the truck in back of the building

I think they should place trucks in a more accessible area I was only like 2 inches away from some barbwire that could of ended badly if I didn't see them in time. Also the truck I rented had no gas, it was filthy from the interior and the back. I had to clean it out so my stuff wouldn't get dirty

I accidentally left my wallet in the uhaul! I couldn't read the mileage nor take pictures. The cab was dirty and food had been eaten and spilled.

I reserved a truck for mobile pickup in the morning. The truck was not available at the reserved time and when I was finally able to access the truck it was on 1/16th of a tank of gas. There's not really a store front here just a garage that also has a U-Haul area or back so if you run into a snag there's not a lot you can do other than call customer help.

The person I was supposed to get the keys from was rude, didn’t answer the phone so had to go around then back and search for him just for him to leave the place with his friend and said he’ll be back in 15 minutes
