Very easy to rent and return!
Melisa MA sign that says "Park UHaul returns here" would help a lot. There are instructions on the drop off about where not to park, but nothing that helps tell me where TO park. Just putting up a couple of signs to indicate where the truck/trailer should be returned will alleviate a little stress for those of us who are conscientious about wanting to do things the right way.
Willard KIt was a difficult experience from the jump. I did the reservation online for one location and it changed to another. Took multiple phone calls with each representative giving me different information. Finally got confirmed with a close location but had to upgrade to larger truck to pick up there. The truck smelled terrible and had dog hair all over the cab. When I tried using the gauge provided in the contract for refueling, it was difficult to tell how much I had and what to put in. I went with the closest I could and it was very wrong!! Filled the tank when I didn't need to (and with gas prices it was quite a bit of money)! No credit was given for the overfill. If I have need of a truck again I'll look for other companies first. Sorry Uhaul but you were a disappointment.
Jill WI did not know what type of electrical connector I needed and when I got there to pick up the hauler I found out that I needed a adapter. They did have are sell the connector and I had to go fine one that took more time.
