UHaul re-assigned me to this location from my original reservation which was a week in advance. I try keeping my reservations with dedicated UHaul locations. I do this to ensure that the location has all the supplies, equipment, and knowledge needed to make sure everything goes well. Locations that do UHaul on the side don't have the knowledge, nor supplies needed, in many cases. This location is a good example. They didn't know how to hook up the trailer properly. I suspected I needed an electrical adapter but didn't know which one to get. When I did my tow inspection two day earlier at the location, I was scheduled to pick up my trailer, they told me they had the necessary adapter. This location didn't have the adapter. The owner was kind enough to call the local auto parts store and have one delivered. Because it wasn't a dedicated UHaul location, I wasn't able to pick a pack of moving pads and had to go to another location to do that. My original reservation was for 8:30am pickup. When I was re-assigned no one told me the new location didn't open until 9:00am. Between the late opening and phone calls to UHaul trying to get the trailer hooked up, I was almost two hours late. I'm not happy with how UHaul handled the situation.

The only One way vehicle was given to the wrong customer instead of myself. This caused us to need to use the local truck and need to bring the vehicle back. Getting the keys took an hour and a half and then only way we were getting a vehicle was by using this other 15' local truck. Should have been a simple transaction but it was anything but simple.

This location was awful. No signage, hard to find and the person working was late. We had to wait 30 minutes after our reservation before they showed up which was a major hindrance especially on moving day, such a stressful time already. We had called several times and even called uhual support and they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Then the worker had no clue what he was doing and was having trouble checking us out. We had already hooked up the equipment while waiting for him so it should have been a quick equipment check. We were over an hour late when we were scheduled to be somewhere. This location should not be used for a U-Haul facility, especially when there are several other locations close by.

I went to pick up the 20 foot U-Haul truck from the location that had been reassigned to me a couple times, but had to go pick it up from the alternate login Greenwood Indiana and I was staying in northern Indianapolis. I was assured that I could pick up the truck at 8 AM on Saturday, 8 June. but when I got there, the store was closed and the U-Haul app would not let me finalize and get the truck. Do U-Haul store did not open until till nine and I couldn't do the online booking and get the truck, which I had signed up for. It took the folks at the tire/U-Haul store over 45 minutes to get online and finish the process so that I could. Get the truck. The whole ordeal took two hours of my time and my daughter her husband and their friends had to wait the extra two hours for me to get to the apartment so that we could load up the truck is caused major issue with having the right and enough people to load up the truck and some had to leave for other engagements . I was not happy and I'm still not. I would hope that if you all at U-Haul. What do much better at customer service.

My first reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before pick up time, then i made another reservation and showed up to pick it up and the place i was supposed to be getting it from was closed. They then had to send me even further away to get the trailer and refused to let us drop it off where we were originally wanting to drop it off, and we still had to pay full price for this twrrible experience. Moving is hard enough. Your jobs are to make things easier but instead it was so much more stressful than it ever shouldve been, and no one offered to give us a discount or offered us anything to make up for it. We will never EVER use uhaul again.

I was charged for an additional day because the place I dropped it off at apparently waited until the next day to put it into the system and I was charged for an additional day. I had the vehicle in the lot at 4:55 on my day(when I was SUPPOSED to have it back by).

Representative couldn't answer my concerns very well! We didn't get our money back for 2/16 of a tank gas not used, and 28 miles not used. This is a poor way of doing business because most renters can not get a correct estimate of things or even begin to figure. When we picked the truck up it only had only 3/16 of a tank gas and not full like we are use too. There is no way you can fill gas that accurate based on mileage given and used. We were 2/16 of a tank over when turned in at $10 a 16th for $20 over and should be reimbursed. We paid $132 to fill the tank at a total of 13/16 more understanding by contract U-haul does not reimburse for unused gas. Fuel adjustment credit of $6,75 was given at rental time to leave a 1/4 tank or more. This is ridiculous! Mileage at a $1 per mile should also be reimbursed. We didn't use 28 miles of the 317 given. That is $28!

Very professional and excellent service. Also the main U-Haul hub at another location had gotten my pick up times wrong and my trailer was not available. My place called the manager late on Friday and got him to change the system and I was able to pick up my trailer and deliver my product Saturday morning and have the trailer back by 11:30 AM, for the person that was picking up the trailer at noon. I said great service and attention to making me happy. Merci.

Your app is totally not user friendly. I was also not provided with the blankets and the dolly I ordered. It took three transfers and holding on the phone to get help accessing the truck with remote pick up. This delayed us keeping people waiting on us. Then I had to call back yet again when we arrived to our destination to find we did not get the supplies we had ordered. Very frustrating experience!

He does this on the side and puts his repair shop first. I waited an hour to return my trailer. He made me back it in-I can't back-any other location makes you drop in a line. Printer did not work so I couldn't not get a copy of documents when I rented. He told me to pull up online. Sometimes phones do not have service if I were to have an accident since I did pay for the insurance. Very bad experience-limited English.

the location we picked up was a tire shop and the guy we needed to see was very busy with his tire customers. It appeared was a one or two man shop so we had to wait to hook up. he was very apologetic and helpful to a point. since he is a drop off pick up location I think shoul;d have more information on u haul policy..
