Needs to be attended. I am 66 and retired from a software company and was able to navigate through the convoluted check-in process. Many people without smart phones or even have a smart phone may not be able to pick up their rental without using an attendant.

This location showed as under 10 miles from my residence. It was actually 17 miles away. Location is deceiving. Passed other uhaul dealers on the way.

It was confusing, Jaqueline wasn't there, it took 3 days to get a receipt that didn't show the actual amount my card was charged, and I was charged for extra miles when I took zero side trips.

Treat your customers like they're valued and not like they're criminals that are going to rip you off. She was more interested in telling us how powerful she was. Somebody had not followed the contract and she was charging their card.... blah blah blah. We were an he late but it was turned in good shape. Won't go there again.

The location was fine. The UHaul system was Absolutely Terrible. -the 24/7 system. I was dropped off at 8am to pick up my truck. After talking to 3 or 4 people, with a 30 min wait each call, I got the keys to the truck at 10am. I was told the pick up time needed changed multiple times for me to log in and get my key code. The overall experience was absolutely terrible.

The dollies purchased were not put in the correct truck, therefore I had to travel back to the site and pick them up. This was a huge inconvenience that took an hour of our 6 hour time slot.

When we got to the location there were several people in the building but we stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to us. It looked like at least two of the people were employees there (a male and a female, as we stood there i came to the conclusion that the male was more of a salesman for the vehicles that were there.) Either way it should not have taken someone 5 minutes to speak to us. They clearly have too many businesses in one building as the male literally ignored everyone in there as he played on his cell phone while the female was speaking with another couple about i don't even know what but the woman was clearly upset and in tears, at the same time she was also helping someone with choosing a shed or barn of some kind, and eventually set them aside to get to us. They didn't even have the trailer we had reserved but we were upgraded to the next size., at first they were going to charge us the price for the trailer until I showed them the email with what we were quoted. The girl was very nice but clearly had way too much on her plate and the male was completely useless as he ignored everybody in there. I doubt I will ever go to this particular location again.

The windshield was cracked & it could not be seen until the windshield was defrosted as the crack was right in line with the windshield wiper blades. This was not disclosed prior to leaving the lot.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Location off busy highway is dangerous. Where to take the truck to drop it off was not clearly marked and confusing. Took me some time to locate the office of where to take the truck to check it in

I don't think this issue is the fault of the pickup site, but rather with the U-Haul computer system. When I made the reservation, it was for the SAMPS site in Troy Ohio. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, it was only then I was told I needed to go to a different location abt 5 miles away.

The was not well maintained. The location didn't have the equipment I wanted , so I had to settle for what they had. And to be charged .79 cent a mile to operate U Haul equipment is outrageous. When I could have went to Penske charging .17 cent a mile. I was near told about the price , if so I would have left the truck. I feel as if I was deceived and we not rent a u Haul in the future or will I encourage other to do so as well.

THis has been a disaster. I was told that if I picked up the truck at 5:00 on Saturday and returned it by 5:00 Sunday, I would be charged for only one day's rate. I did exactly as asked and WAS CHARGED FOR TWO DAY RATES. WHY??? I have complained direclty to UHAUL customer service and will contest (not pay) this bill on my credit card until this is resolved and properly billed.

Pick up location was moved, time to pick up truck was changed. Clerk did not open store on time. Clerk advised me to use the on-line check in, it did not work. The whole process was a disorganized mess.

We were scheduled to pick up a truck Friday at 4. We called on Thursday and they confirmed our reservation. We arrived on Friday at 3:45 and waited approx 25 minutes to get waited on. Found out truck location changed to approx 8 miles farther away without notification. Had people waiting at the house to help load but lost approx 1 hour due to truck availability. Very unhappy with my experience.

The sign on the door said they were closed on Wednesday and also not open til 10. Thankfully someone came after I called and messaged. After that it was okay.

I faced many issues with trying to pick up the truck, was sent to two locations, and waited over an hour in the heat for live approval, and the customer service reps said there was nothing they could do to help. Very dissatisfied in the 24/7 process. Please call me at 937-474-3380 to discuss.

Everything at pick up went fine except for the whole process before the actual pickup. I had made my reservation 2 months prior to the date I needed it and was contacted the afternoon before I was supposed to pick the uhaul up in northern Ohio that it was unavailable at the location and I would have to drive 30 minutes further north, as I was driving from southern Ohio, to pickup the truck. The person I spoke with in the phone when I called to find out what was going on and what I could do to get one closer or on the way to my destination was quite rude and didn't care that it was going to hurt a paying customer. I then had to call back 5 times because little details, such as miles or days I was given, were messed up and a few of the people were great and a few not so great. Finally the order was correct but it had to be picked up within an hour, which was not specified so I am glad I checked my app, and I was nowhere near the pickup location but luckily a family member was able to pick it up for me. Overall I would say that the pickup and drop off locations were great but the process before that was absolutely terrible. This was my 3rd time renting from uhaul and I can say now that I will never rent from them again after how I was spoken to in the phone and had to take an entire afternoon to sort an issue that was their fault in the first place. Terrible in the customer service side!

They misread my mileage and overcharged me $400. When I dropped it off they just took the keys and said I was good to go. They did not even go over the truck cleanliness, mileage or paperwork with me. did not give me an final invoice. I had to make a call and was very upset with the overcharge. Luckily the area manager got involved and reversed the overcharge. U-Haul needs to do a better job of training their rental agencies!!!

I reserved a uhaul online and got a call a few days later. I planned my move to be a one way trip, but they thought I would be dropping the uhaul off at the same location. They were completely fine with allowing me to drop the uhaul of at the new location where I'd be moving, but gave me a mileage limit that was under, or just at the mileage I'd be moving. I didn't realize this until after I went to drop it off, so I was charged an overage fee.
