I rented from a gentleman great service, when I returned a lovely lady was helpful and kind great customer service and will use again if needed.

Mary NPet hair all over the entire front of the truck and I am allergic. Nice lady tried to clean it with cleaner but did not see her vacuum. Lots of hair still present. I was desperate and no other trucks available. Still suffering from allergy related symptoms over a week later.

My original reservation was at Executive Climate Control Mini Storage due customer didn't return in time the ladies at Executive found me another U-haul and took me to pick it up. Both locations deserve 5 stars!!

Carol WMy comments are about the app and phone customer service, not the location. I arrived at 7:30 for a pickup, proceeded to try to use the app, and was told it couldn't find my location. I clicked help, followed the steps, and it still wouldn't let me proceed. I select "chat," was told it would be about 5 minutes, and never got a response. After about 8 minutes of the never getting a response, I called the 800 number and was on hold for approximately 30 minutes between various people before finally getting to the right person. The right person finally was able to assist me in getting the app to work properly. They did not, however, ever acknowledge my frustration or offer an apology or any discount. A full hour after my pickup time, I finally was able to get the keys to my truck. The people at the location are very nice and helpful; so I will only ever consider using Uhaul again if pickup is during business hours.

Michael AThe overall system should be a lot faster when obtaining a U-Haul. It will be more efficient for the employees and the customers. There are some glitches when trying to confirm license plate numbers and signal lost when returning the truck.

David IThis is the best UHaul location I have ever rented from, and I've rented from locations in probably 16-18 states. Unlike other locations, the lady and 2 gentlemen who run this location genuinely care about their customers. Instead of asking if you need help hooking-up, they will not allow a customer to hook-up their trailer. They do it for the customer. It is a real joy to do business with folks like these three. They represent UHaul VERY well!!!!

Carica FI have rented from this location several times and it is the only location in Ouachita Parish I will ever rent from. The personnel are very well trained, professional and courteous. Mrs. Regan was extremely helpful when I picked-up my rental trailer on Saturday.

UHaul showed my equipment at another property and they did not have the truck for 2 days. Janice was very professional, kind and helpful. Breanna SI was disappointed to see that, even though I did not rent a dolly or blankets, they were still in the back of the U-Haul in the way. I was told if I moved them or use them I would be charged for them. I rented a 15 foot truck, so I knew I wouldn't have much extra space and these items continuously got in the way of me packing and unpacking.
