SELMA BMy only complaint is I scheduled my pick-up for 830 AM and the time was changed to 1030 AM. I only received the email the night before my pickup. I called H.I.S and the told me they would have a truck ready at 830 for self pickup. No keys were left. Had to come back at 10 when they opened.

brenda tThe only reason I didn't rate the location higher is because it's a bit tight getting in and out. I don't have a problem with that. The employees there are great however. I do however have some issues with U-Haul itself. I reserved the truck I rented online earlier this week and specified mobile app checkout. When I arrived at the rental location I started the process of checking in via the app. It stopped at the verification of my submitted picture and drivers license pictures and info. I waited for approximately 25 minutes with the wheel spinning. Fortunately an employ of HIS Auto arrived at work and with much efficiency got me on my way. Likewise, my in person check in went equally well. Both employees were friendly, speedy and did their best to apologize for my poor experience with the app check out and didn't blame me for not wanting to attempt an app check in. To be clear my disappointment is in no way to be directed at the employees of HIS Auto. Rather they are to be commended for fixing, in a cheerful, pleasant and efficient manner, problems that clearly lie with the IT backbone of U Haul. The next issue needing to contact you via email to get the link to this survey. The link provided in my transaction receipt doesn't work. I submitted my contract number, last name and email address at the link https://www.uhaul.com/review six times. A banner appeared each time stating a link to submit a review has been emailed to me. I have yet to receive the link. I can assure you I submitted the correct email address and said email with the link is not in my spam folder. Update, I received the link for this survey approximately six hours later. I am relieved that for the very foreseeable future I won't be of any further need for renting any moving equipment or trucks because after this experience I won't be using U Haul nor will I recommend your company to anyone who may be looking for said equipment. GREG RWhen I reserved the rental I knew it was for a Sunday when the business is closed and I would use mobile pickup. The first problem is the van pick up being at a different location than I requested. I intentionally chose a location closer to home knowing it would be a long day of moving and felt better knowing drop off would be on the route home. Secondly, the app was clunky and kept kicking me out of the multi-step process to get the keys (the amount of additional verification processes during vehicle pickup was not disclosed at the time of reservation or in any subsequent emails, which was another headache). Ultimately, what is suggested to be a 10 minute pick up process went on for over an hour before I gave up and left. I tried customer support calls twice with 30 minute wait times, and was kicked out of the app after indicating I could not access the van key in the lockbox with the code provided. I am not sure if that is the location facility's error (wrong key in wrong box?) because my companion also tried the code multiple times. This was an aggravating experience all around.
Valerie WI picked up my truck using the app and it worked very well. Pulled in for drop off and was met by a U-Haul gentleman named John and was very helpful and I was out of there in no time. Thanks for a great experience!

Tyler SThe truck appeared ok, and at low speeds it was fine, however trying to do the speed limit on the highwaywas not safe. The truck bounced and shook terribly, so I just had to drive slow. Otherwise I have good luck in the past with Uhaul, and would rent one again.
RICKY RParking can be difficult when returning the rental but when stock is low, it's a great location.

James MWe parked the Uhaul and dropped the keys in the drop box- easy peasy. The only complaint would be the minimal parking, not sure there is much you can do about that at that location.
