The small store smelled awful from cigarette smoke. The man in the store was not helpful at all and very impatient with me. He could not answer any of my questions about the rental. He did not want to show me the truck or anything about it. I was directed to this store by Uhaul to pick up the truck. The reviews of this store were very poor, 1 of 5 stars. I recommend personel changes or training for the employee to improve customer service. I also recommend Uhaul not steer customers to stores with poor customer ratings.

Michael LambThe location is fine, but the overall experience--as usuall--left something to be desired. Pre=paid for truck and equipment (furniture dolly). My pickup location and pickup time were changed (no surprise there), because it's easier for UHaul to move customers around than to move equipment around, I guess. The app was slow and had glitches. And the furniture dolly was not inside the truck when I picked it up. When I called the location, she told me that they never have furniture dollies. I have attempted--unsuccessfully--to rent trucks with furniture dollies at least three times previously, and NOT ONCE has this piece of equipment actually been available. Why do you bother offering this, if none of your locations will ever have it available? And, of course, since I pre-paid, I'm just out ten bucks, since no one at UHaul ever answers the "customer service" line anyway, at least not unless your customer is willing to wait on hold for thirty minutes.
