JOHN WHadawreck Location Pickup was AMAZING. We scheduled the truck last minute due to potential rain coming in. They had one truck remaining and the lady we worked with was so nice and helpful. They care about their customers!!

tom kDo you really not clean/disinfect your rentals? Covid is STILL out there. Just surprised it wasn't clean. Thank you for not charging me for cleaning. The trucks really should be disinfected before renting out.
Lisa JThere was actually a dried out burger bun stuck to the dashboard and cup holders had food and trash inside them. I did not clean up the messes that were already in the truck. I only needed the truck to move one solitary item, so I took multiple pictures of the undocumented damages and filthy condition because the site only allows you to upload one picture.
Wes HBe present and have the moving pads I ordered in the truck! Parking lot is a mess! Screws and fasteners laying on the ground. Difficult to maneuver through the lot.

WILLIAM WLocation was great as was the truck. I wasn't aware for a share location I needed to additional forms of Id and did NOT have my passport with me. I had a picture of it and could have uploaded that. However it would not give that option, had to be a JIT camera shot. So had to go home to get it. Was on hold with UHaul for an hour on December 26. The customer service agent was very helpful

Alan TOnly thing I can complain about it the parking lot. Its a bit difficult to navigate once the trailer is installed if you have a larger truck, due to the placement of the other vehicles in their parking lot. The woman who helped me was super friendly and helpful and the inside of the building was clean and welcoming.

MALCOLM SI had to drive 50 miles out of my way. When I made the reservation for Versailles, I was told I would have a trailer at that location. Which is 2 blocks from where I live.
RONALD SThe truck was extremely hard to start. The brakes had to be pushed with two feet close to the floor to get it started. Once started, everything went well. Air conditioning was working well.

Kenneth RI was very disappointed that I had to drive 40 minutes one-way to pick up equipment I reserved over two months ago. They did allow me to check in the night before but that meant Using remote check in. The location is so remote cell coverage was spotty and difficult to complete the process.
Jane Mthe location was terrible when it came to service. since i did the pickup from my phone it was extremely hard to get all the steps needed to access the keys & also when dropping it off. my meter reading wasn’t acceptance for whatever reason & i ended up not even fully checking out because it was too much to deal with.
Alicon BI had to drive 30 miles to get this rental. There are two other locations just a couple miles from me that couldn't help.
Patrick CThe actual truck was great! The representative was later arriving to work so me and the other people had to wait for her to arrive and when I took the truck back, she was gone. I wound up having to check the truck in online and I called later to make sure everything was confirmed and she never answered.
KRISTI TThe people at Hadawreck are efficient and friendly, will rent here again if I need a truck again in that area. Truck worked well, drives like a Ford, that is you are constantly re-steering and it just sucks the gas! But it got the job done just fine. Merci.

I went to Salvisa to pick up a truck but the man that runs the place had not showed up for work, I headed back to go to a Frankfort location and received a call that the original truck had shown up. It was filthy, but I took it because I was late getting movers started.
