Truck run horrible ,I put 25 miles on it and I had to put 24 gallons of gas in it It was filthy inside. Owner of store tried charging me extra $10 gas fee .. will never go back there.

Gas was not full as reported. I was charged $11 for gas for going 3 miles and during which I put in a full gallon of gas before returning. A rip off. I now know that I should have checked out the entire truck Including the gas amount beforehand but the business also has a responsibility to accurately report this. Owner stated he realized I could not have used that amount of gas for 3 miles but said his hands were tied by UHaul policies. I believe it is an intentional scam and will likely go to truck renters other than Uhaul in the future.

Have a better mobile check in as I could not check my vehicle in and had to leave it over night wondering if I'd get over charged or not. u-haul as a whole should better help their vendors rather than using difficult check in features to benefit themselves as a company over the vendors and customers themselves.

Customer service was horrible. The guy kept telling me to get out of line for people who were paying for gas. Because it's a gas station/store/uhaul. I only went there because it had good reviews. But I was treated like crap

It took over an hour for us to get our rental because the man who was working was not properly trained in the procedure. We thought we were doing the remote phone rental option but when we got there we had to go through the employee inside the gas station. I called Uhaul multiple times during our hour wait and no one was able to help or very friendly either. Finally a second man showed up and got everything figured out in about 5 minutes. But by this time there were multiple people waiting.

Solid neighborhood rental shop with small variety of most-used vehicles, and some supplies. Good job!

Here is your improvement where improvement is due. Better customer service. You should know the numbers on your vehicles instead of asking what size do you want. An example would be If we say "We will take vehicle #103." That person should know that there is a vehicle #103 and say it is available or not. Do not say I only go by the size of the vehicles so I don't know what that is. It's more efficient if the customer says, "Is #103 available." That is the whole point of the #'s on the vehicles. We were going to be charged $25 fee for having four leaves in the back of the truck. Really? There was one leaf in there in the first place. Inspect everything and ask if you will be charged for any thing. Better to play dumb then waste time about dumb fees. Really four leaves? Lol.

It was not clean and it seemed to have an alignment issue. The driver's door didn't shut correctly. And the people at the station were not helpful at all

the person running out of this location is dishonest and unethical, literally has tried to charge me for everything he could. luckily I took pictures and documented everything. 1st. they never went over anything with me on the truck...just gave me the keys. I took lots of pictures of the damaged areas including the interior that was disgusting sticky from soda and Dorito chips/candy wrappers on the seats and floors. When I returned the truck I filled the gas up and dropped it off after hours. although I paid for a day and dropped it off the same day here is what they tried charging me. 1 extra day $39,99 - Cleaning fee $25 and Gas charge of $9 something. I rent from Uhaul quite often and always have had a good experience. this hopefully gets resolved when the regional manager contacts me.

The truck was delivered an hour and 40 minutes late (I ordered it for 9am and it was not available until 10:40am). While this didn't negatively impact my move, it was very frustrating to have to wait, especially since I wasn't notified ahead of time.

My pickup was scheduled for 7:30am. I arrived on time, was unable to pick it up. It said I must wait until the location opens at 8am.. idk why I could schedule it for before they open, I don't get why I couldn't have done the self check in and pick up the keys then? The store wasn't even open at 8 then, they were late to work so didn't get it until 8:15. I hired movers I was paying by the hour to sit and wait with me.

It seemed that the service person had no insight into the reservation, and everything that had already been done online, was repeated. The vehicle was maintained well, except for 2000 or so miles of caked on bug guts on the front of it.

Customer service at the trailer pickup location was nonexistent!!! The person who gave us access to the trailer was absolutely awful, rude and unfriendly!!! He didn't assist us other than to tell my so. To move forward on the trailer and now his car is damaged! If you have a camera on-site, I highly recommend you review the interaction! Simply unacceptable!

The guy handing us the keys failed to tell us that the gas tank does not need to be full when we drop it off. We spent $75 in gas for no reason.

Upon verification, notify the customer that the location pickup has changed. I called the number that I was texted and the individual indicated I was all checked-in. They did not notify me that the pickup location had changed and I was not emailed or texted this information either. At the time for pickup, I went to the reservation location of 924 S. 108th Street, West Allis, WI. I watied in line for 50 minutes only to be told that I needed to go to 5511 S 108th Street.

The mirrors on the truck were loose and viberated so you the mirror pointed to the ground. it was a star head to tighten . I did not have one. Water bottle and food wrappers were under the seat.

Upon returning the truck, I was accused of not filling up the tank by a guy who was on his cell phone the whole time, he did this after turning the key 3 or 4 times. It was really unprofessional and sketchy.

The site was packed with vehicles and made it difficult to know where to park the truck. There were no personnel required - I guess - as this was a self return situation. The experience was a little weird for me but I guess it was OK overall.

The trucks were readily available and the reservation process was very easy. Check in when we picked the truck up was a little slow but I can understand you need a lot of information from renters. The truck was clean and easy to drive. Overall a very pleasant and helpful experience.

I'm trying to think how this could have been a more miserable experience. The store was empty when I got there...including the proprietor. I was the only one there and it took over a half an hour for him to give me they keys b/c of a snag with the system (and even though I already checked in from my phone). He took a picture of my driver's license on his personal phone and without even asking.! I consider this to be incredibly rude and a personal breach of privacy. He wanted me to wait for another customer who came in. He proceeded to charge me $2,5 for a mask b/c I left mine in my car and never thought I would be there so long. He barely confirmed we were done upon drop-off and mumbled something under his breath after inspecting and walking by me. I will never use this, or any, a dealer location again.
