There was little signage to help direct people when they arrive. Also there were no signs telling us to not park our cars against the fence, but then upon checkout were told we had to pay a parking fee. It was easy enough to use the app, but signage and directions onsite could be much better.

Having the proper equipment available to assist a customer through the necessary processes I would thing would be mandatory. And if they don't they should at leas be able to and/or willing to assist the customer with any check out processes.

Owner/operater was rude. I asked for help checking out the truck for damage and he refused. I asked if I could rent fewer than a dozen blankets and he said no. I find out from the place I returned then I could have rented only six. He didn't go over any truck operating take with me.

The worst experience ever. Rude customer service agent at pickup but I chalked it up to early morning pickup time. Extended my rental an extra day, the location closed out my rental indicating I had returned to the wrong location and attempted to charge my account over $1500 effectively wiping out my whole bank account on a $19.95 per day rental van. This was in addition to the initial $120 deposit hold at rental. When I returned the van today, there was major issues as the van was reported as already onsite at another location. Total disaster, I’m still waiting for a release of funds on my account in addition to the $40 in extra charges for not refueling because I couldn’t refuel due to overcharges. Multiple rentals from uhaul in the past but this will be my last.

I had an 7:00 AM truck pickup time and the place didn't open until 8:00 AM? WTH? Plus the truck had the engine check light on. Not good for a 2 hour drive.

The light in the u-haul didn’t work. Made unloading furniture in the rain in the evening after a long day very hard. I won’t be using this service again if the high price comes with a frankly bad product. Call me if you want to discuss further.

Gas tank was less than half full. Truck had horrible suspension and caused damage to my desk from bouncing around.

The location is great. Very slow process in picking up truck they were suppose to be open until 7. I returned at 6:45 no one there. Had to mobile return. Gas was on E light came on in 3 min. I told the agent he said it’s got 1/8 and didn’t care. I drove 4 miles put $15 in so I didn’t get a charge. I’ll never go back there again.

The staff, location, equipment was fine. The problem was that what I ordered was not available and I could not get a straight story why it was not available. Due to this, I had to add a trailer and some furniture was damaged.

We got yelled at for driving in the parking lot but there are not signs to describe this. The employee was very rude about something we had no idea about. The equipment that we requested was also not in the uhaul.

I submitted a different drop off location and was not notified that this could not be done. We had to drive 16 extra miles just to drop it back off which was very inconvenient. I will not be renting from this location again.

The check in person came over immediately and checked out the truck and paperwork and we were done within a few minutes. Very quick and easy. Also, the location was very close to our move in address which made it very east to return the truck through city traffic.

I need to be clear that this review is for the uhaul mobile pick up system not for this location. The associate at this location was insanely helpful and pleasant to work with. After we realized that the ridiculous system at uhaul corporate had given away my truck he got me his last truck so I was still able to move. Uhaul made changes to my reservation and then when I was there to pick up my truck an hour after the start of the reservation my truck had been given away. This is absolutely ridiculous. It says no where on the multiple emails that are sent out that I needed to be there right at the start of the reservation. Sometimes that isn’t possible. I had very specific times to use my elevator and they got switched around. On top of that I tried to change the time online and the website wouldn’t let me. I was paying to have the truck during that time. My truck should not have been given away. If the associate hadn’t gotten me a truck I would’ve been totally screwed and probably out a ton of money. I will never be using uhaul again after this at any location.
