The app was a disaster and we got the run around picking up a truck. We had to call for several days after returning the truck for a final receipt. We were 2 hours behind schedule due to the issues with the app trying to pick up the truck. We wound up with a larger truck than we needed (at no extra cost initially). It cost us $140 in gas for the truck and had to go from one end of town to the other to pick up the truck then back to our house to load.

The gas station was a glorified drug shop filled with paraphernalia and the man running the counter was a curt, discourteous jerk. He charged me for the slightest bit of dog hair because he didn't want to do anything to help. I 100 % will avoid this place at all costs.
Benjamin PereaNo issues. Quick return.

Gilbert AllenI filed a complaint with Baltimore u-Haul Traffic. They said they would call me today but never did.. The U-haul rep in Hampstead charged my credit card for dropping the truck off to him. I gave no authorization for this charge and he should face criminal charges for attaching my credit card. This is not over !
