I called to speak to a representative who told me I can pick up and drop off a truck through the app no matter if the location is closed. I made a reservation online for 7 am. I arrived at my location at 630 am without any instructions as to how to pick up the truck. I called customer service who then told me I could not pick up my truck until 8. The location I was at did not allow for picking up outside of operation hours. Even though I called I was not informed about this and had to delay my move by an hour in order to get the truck. It was inconvenient to say the least.

The customer service was not very good. I had to wait an extremely long time to be assisted. The store clerk said that they didn’t get money from the Uhaul transactions, and that was why he took care of about five or six customers before me. With this in mind, I almost took my business elsewhere because I didn’t feel like my business was important.

Please make sure that the equipment is there. I needed two dolly’s and was told that they don’t keep them. Also I did the application online however once I arrived at the location to pick the truck up the speedy online service was working great up until it was time for me to take a photo and the darn thing stopped working. Which meant that I had to go inside of the gas station to start another application. So frustrated and annoyed.

Better communication from the company you rent from I paid online then once I got to the store I had to pay again it's need to be better and more communication from U-Haul to middle man to the customer horrible experience

The guy was super nice but it took 30 min even with a reservation because he had to stop every 10 secs to check someone out and he couldn’t get the computer to pull up the info. Then the truck smelled terrible! Then I was charged 186.00 for 6 hours. The 19.95 deal was VERY misleading!

The customer service was truly lacking, when I return the truck the guy that waited on me was not very well informed he was not capable of giving me a receipt, I was told I would get my receipt in my email by the next day which did not happen and has not happened yet so it appears I’m going to have to make another trip to the location to get my receipt, I am not happy the lady wasn’t courteous when I first rented it and he wasn’t knowledgeable when I returned it so no I will not be Recommending this location

Have the equipment I wanted (appliance dolly). After spending 45 minutes to talk to a customer service representative I was paying workers to load the truck. I was stuck at this location trying to get a dolly. Very upset now when I get the ending bill when the customer service representative told me she would credit me 20 miles and now I get charge for the total miles plus ,$25 a hour for workers sitting. Totally pissed off and I get hung up on waiting to voice my concerns.

The man that rented me the U-Haul was very dismissive and not at all helpful. He never gave me my receipt which made me unable to return the truck to another location. It was my first time renting with uhaul and it makes me never want to use the service again.
