U-Haul cart reserved not available but offered to rent me "their own" at higher price? U-Haul sent me to a location farther away than my request which I chose for their reviews and hours. There were at least 6 locations closer than this tire store. This location closed at 4:00 on Friday and closed Saturday! Brought truck back at 5:00 and it's considered after hours. Nice cashier, but not professional. Usually no problems with U-Haul in the past.
Diane BasinetI went to return the uhual truck and the gate was closed, I called the business and was told to open the gate and come in so I did. I asked where to park the truck and was hung up on. When I went to give the key to the young lady she acted like she did not want to be at work that day and not to mention the truck was not checked in until the day after.

MARK RADINIt's a Mom and Pop tire store so we did not expect the location to be inviting. It was reasonable for a tire store.

ANTHONY INCARNATOPeople working here were very rude. I asked about a appliance dolly that I paid for that was not on the truck and the lady that works there said I should have known they didn't have one and that no uhaul locations have dollys. When I went in to get the key was again told I did e check in and I had to explain to her that I still needed a key to drive the truck. Overall just bad customer service at this location.

Mary ClarkI declined the additional insurance coverage and was charged for it anyway. I was also charged an additional fee afterwards with no explanation as to why. It wasn't for gas because I made sure to return it with the same amount that was in it when I picked it up.

JD WhiteManager never got up from their seat, and simply wrote a note on our paperwork for receipt of the trailer, without making a copy or keeping any part of our contract. We were left to find any place we could to drop the 6x12 trailer off, and had to lift it off ourselves as they had no help there. To put it mildly, this was extremely frustrating based on my back issues, and my wife and I being 70 years of age. Never again!

Joseph LercaraThis place only has one spot to park a truck and if there's one already there is nowhere else to park it. If they are going to do the uhaul business they need to open up more parking somewhere for after hours drop off. Plus you can't get a hold of them or uhaul to see what you need to do. Poor customer service.
Kevin RawlLocation is full of mosquitoes. Not sure if it's the tall grass or the tires that may have standing water, but we all got 6+ bites in just a few minutes. It was horrible as we are all still itching days later. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but I cannot recommend the location.

Richard HagarReservation was for 9AM. Arrived to pick the truck up and it was full of tires which had to be unloaded. Was delayed taking the truck by twenty minutes and was not able to extend the reservation to make the time up. The inside of the cargo area had black tire residue which got on my furniture. Very disappointed with this location.

Richard HagarIt is REALLY difficult to get that truck parked at the entrance right off of such a busy hwy. If that location ever undergoes a remodel of some sort it would be wise to give customers more than the exact amount of space the truck will fit within for returning their truck.
Joshua GiffordWe picked up the truck but the requested equipment was not included We had a lot problems this move to include the no equipment, hire a helper personnel were slow and left then came back. The additional storage unit I had rented was already occupied and we had to wait until they opened at 9 am leaving to a late drop off.

Richard HagarI made a reservation well in advance of a 4:00 p.m. pickup on moving day. The day before, my pickup location and truck size were changed twice. I then awoke on moving day to find a 6:00 a.m. text informing me that my pickup location and truck size were again changed. I was left with a pickup from a location that was nearby but is gated with access issues that I had deliberately tried to avoid.
