For driving 11 miles a person shouldn't have to put 2,27 gallons of gas to fill it up when you return it. Perhaps the previous renters didn't fill it.

david D.Got redirected to pickup location for a 1-way 26ft truck rental that I'd thought was to be from main Uhaul location - greatly appreciated the service at H&M who accommodated getting me in the only 26ft'er and only car hauler. Not H&Ms fault, but had to return to the central Pensacola Uhaul location to pick up appliance cart, moving pads, dolly, etc which (fortunately) were available. All told, great service but lost half the morning ping/pong across city to get what I'd reserved.

I did not know the address of the office I visited, so I went there to pick up my truck. It was the wrong office, but the gentleman was able to provide a truck as I had reserved, so it worked out. It would be beneficial if a different site is used than originally reserved that the text would emphasize a different location.
Richard K.I picked up the truck and drove it to my pickup location and when I opened the cargo area door when I discovered a few wet moldy mattresses and a box spring left by the previous customer. The guy at the desk said that he would discount my bill for the added inconvenience, but never did.

Larry S.The truck fuel was empty when I picked it up. Also the truck did not have the moving blankets I was guaranteed. The location is essentially a wrecking impound yard. The truck was dirty, still had garbage from the last rental. I spent the next hour driving to find gas and then had to visit two other haul locations to find the moving blankets.

I ordered 24 pads, Pibe Forest only had 18. The employee did not do a walk around with me. The check engine light was on, he poo-pooed it off.

Bird cage overflowing with debris from the cage on the floor. I was startled by a man sitting low behind a computer, no lights on near him. He charged me $32 for fuel even though I returned the truck with slightly MORE gas than I picked it up with (39m until empty vs 22 until empty).
