Also I wish I caught her name but the lady who helped me, not Sara and not Hector, was an excellent employee and I will come again knowing that if I'm working with her, then I will be properly taken care of. She was a heavier lady, pink scarf in her hair.

NEESHA RLady that worked at office was late to open the building so we had to sit out front for almost an hour along with 2 other customers who were unable to get their vehicles. Our appointment was for 9:00AM, the facility was suppose to be open at 8:00AM, and the staff didn't get there until almost 10:00AM. When the woman got there, her excuse was that her dog had just barely woken her up. Very unprofessional and caused us further delays with moving.

MARK RThe clerk didn't appear to know how to find my information. Had to apply twice over the phone while waiting. She had lots of home made stuff for sale.
George SI was told that the vehicle had a half tank of gas; not true!! It was well under. Also the windows were open, the back door was up and littered with leaves. But most importantly, the loading ramp was covered with what appeared to be motor oil. I slipped while loading a refrigerator and, fortunately didn't sustain any serious injuries. Someone needs to ensure that the vehicle is safe for the next customer! As a side note, the rental agent hadn't been trained in any manner to process any paperwork involving the rental. Thanks for nothing!!

GRANT HKeep up your end of the contract. Wrong truck, no car trailer, no equipment available on date contracted, etc, etc, etc.

Kennedy POnline process if confusing and I accidentally selected in town truck and had to drive back 80 miles to drop off the truck once I finished moving. Please make it clear that it is an in town truck only

Lorraine GI got charged way to much. I made a trip of 50 total miles, I had the uhaul back within 2 hours, I put gas in the the tank just like they asked, I got charged 89 dollars, from a starting rate of 30 dollars, got charged 79 cents per mile which I wasn't told about. Way to much. What a rip off.
James MThe truck would randomly make an odd honking-type sound when driving. I originally thought it was the speed governor, but it would go off at random speeds. Other than that, my experience couldn't have been smoother. Thanks Handi Storage!
