I requested three dollie's, but there was no dollie ready. But I was charged for them. I don't know if this is the location's issue or the system issue, but if there is no dollie available, why does it appear on the app and why am I able to make a reservation for it? And why am I being charged for services I didn't receive?

I have rented twice from Hands 2 Hands and both times found the vehicles in great shape, also the management is very engaged in making sure the rental process goes smoothly and that any additional requirements are taken care of. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again. Merci.

JOAN A.It was confusing to pick up. I just would've liked more information up front from UHaul (not the specific UHaul location). Additionally, the drop-off was very confusing. I didn't know I needed to take a picture of the dashboard until after I had locked the truck up. By chance, I had taken a photo, but the app doesn't allow me to upload one already taken from my phone. I'm still not sure if I completed all the steps for returning it in the app.

David B.The place was filthy. I was unable to get the key before the store opened because I was never sent a code to the lock box. I called customer service to get the key and the lock box was empty. I was told to wait for an employee to show up. She stated she was a minute away on the phone and also told the U-Haul representative that she was in her backyard. After the conflicting claims, she showed up 10-15 minutes later and blamed it on a road closure. I finally got the U-Haul and the employee blamed it on a truck mixup which was not the case because the truck was assigned to me. The blankets I paid for were not there either. All in all, please do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Any of them.

I recommend that the owner park trucks that will be picked up before the opening time some place where they cannot be blocked in. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my truck. The owner was nice, but she should have ensured this could not happen.

maisaa K.Our 20' truck was blocked behind another 20' truck when we arrived at 8:30 am to get mobile access. We called into MovingHelp customer support but they were extremely unhelpful. Metaphorically shrugging their shoulders and saying there was nothing that could be done. When we asked to switch trucks so that we could take the 20' truck in the front they tried for 20 minutes then hung up on us and I couldn't get anyone on the line again. We will never pickup a truck at Hands 2 Hands again. It added extreme stress to the day that could have been avoided.
Michael B.When I arrived for my 8:00am pick up that truck assigned to me was blocked in and I could not get it. At the time of pick up there was nobody at this location to assist me with moving other trucks so I could retrieve my rental. I had to wait until someone arrived around 11:00am. My move day which I had taken off work for was delayed by 3 hours because I couldn't get the truck that I had paid to pick up at 8:00am.

DYLAN H.I “reserved†a furniture dolly online as apart of my reservation, but when I got there, they had already “given it awayâ€. What's the point of a RESERVATION. This was the second weekend in a row this happened. Also, the trailer was full of grass clippings that I had to sweep out myself. Not having the furniture dolly made my move 10x more difficult. This was very frustrating. UHaul shouldn't allow for this level of customer disappointment (2 weeks in a row!)

You do not feel comfortable to touch anywhere even on steering wheel. Please organize an surprise visit to the store and see what I mean. Merci.

cecilia B.It was difficult to use the app at pickup. Even though I have rented repeatedly in the same town there was a process to verify me that simply called someone who knew me. Was not efficient to the tune of 45 mins to run through the reservation. I called in the morning to extend my rental because the website and app wouldn't recognize me and said I did not have a current rental. When I got to the center I was told I was late and would be charged a $50 lost reservation fee. In the past I have called if the app didn't have the ability to extend the reservation I called each U-Haul and would make sure the extension was ok. I was less than 5 miles away and able to return it either at the moment or when one became available. You can't replace a live person with an app and while it's a great tool the renter needs to do things remotely, the homeless and addicts

JULE V.When I arrived to pick up the truck, the key to my assigned truck was not available. I call the 800 number for U-Haul, who eventually had to call the site owner. I had to wait for the owner to arrive to give me the key. This process took an hour. I was supposed to get the truck at 7am and it was 8am by the time I left. I spent an hour waiting. This backed me for the entire day. When I returned the truck (early I might add), I was curtly asked if I put gas in it which I did. I said to the owner that it would be nice if she could do something for the hour I lost and told her that I would leave it up to her. I didn't get a response nor did she do anything. I will say that someone asked me where I got the truck and what I thought of the truck sharing program. I told them that you're better off getting a truck when a location is open. I also recommended that a different location be used. All I've ever used is U-Haul and this was not an overall good experience this time.

Woman could not give us an answer on a credit due to use having to drive an extra 20 miles to pick up the truck we reserved.

Taylor J.There is nothing wrong with this location and the owner is very nice and helpful but you guys really dropped the ball on this one. I showed up at 10 am as was scheduled and the store was not set to open until 10:30 am, so I had to wait for 30 minutes. When the owner did get there, she noted that both I and another customer were picking up 15' trucks that day and they only had 1 15' truck on the lot, meaning you guys messed up or didn't notify anyone that there was a mixup. You need to fix yourselves, not the locations.
