Nothing to improve, everything was excellent

Crystal BTruck was not ready at the agreed upon time, had to go in and essentially sign a new rental agreement and was not able to take the truck until 3,5 hours after the agreed upon time for this reason. Also in talking to Uhaul customer support there was no offer to remedy this situation other than "wait for the store to open and talk to the owner".

Christopher KNo idea how uhaul can get away with not having snow tires mounted and then rented to customers. The truck is scary as hell to drive in snow. I have no problem with the staff working at either locations. They are friendly and helpful. That truck tho, is not meant to be driven in snow

Brodie TPerhaps include gas for long distance moves the owner at this location is helpful understanding and does a good job. I hate U-Haul though and I will always hate uhaul please don't use them it's all not worth it

Komalpreet SNo one at drop off centre contrary to the posted hours of operation. Tried phoning the contact number and got voicemail, no call back. Other customer there for uhaul was confused and not getting service.

Kenneth PExcellent customer service and process. We weren't sure where the door to the office was. Thankfully, one of the staff saw us circling around. May I suggest an external sign on the building to say Uhaul Entry or Service or Office door here.

Eric BI got screwed on mileage because I had to pick up u haul from out of town dealer. Despite assurance I would not be charged I was and it was an extra $100 in gas. So while the dealers are great U Haul sucked balls.

KELLY HNeed a different way of returning the trailers. We rented one and brought it back the same night, but it wasn't checked in until 5 days later. Charged 165 for a 10 hr rental.

Chris CIt was so easy to drop off our rental truck. The location was a bit tricky to find but an excellent experience all way round.
Jill HDownloaded to app to do an after hours drop off. The app wouldn't upload the the location after many attempts. Used the "live chat" feature, waited over 10 min for someone to tell me to download the app, then if that does not work to call X number. That was super frustrating as I had mentioned I already have the app and its malfunctioning. I had to call the number wait another 15 min on hold before finally getting someone. They said I can just " drop the keys in the box" but there would be a "20$" charge even though I had the app and have been attempting to get it to work in a parking lot for over 1,5 hours after a very long drive. The help desk person was finally able to walk me through using the Uhaul webpage as the app never worked properly. This was an extremely frustrating experience.
Cassandra ZI booked a truck 3 weeks in advance from a local place. Got a call 2 days out that the truck was just missing. Had to drive 5 hours round trip the day prior to my reservation. Kinda screws up an already stressful time. No one who's moving is having a good day - to get a smaller truck and a trailer from a second location. No mention of the guarantee and I'm just supposed to file a complaint afterwards. The locations are not the problem uhaul is.
Chris AI personally did not drop the vehicle off so did not see the location, only talked to staff on the phone, they were helpful, just had a hard time understanding them and their use of English
KAREN Sit was raining heavily and 1am in the morning..nobody answered the phone all day to answer simple enquiry
Andrew MUpon drop off, there were no attendants. We called while on site and were advised someone would be out in a couple minutes. No one showed. Then randomly someone told us to just leave that it was ok. This is a poor way to run business.
John LStaff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The truck was typical U-Haul, beat up, but serviceable.

Derek HCustomer service is extremely lacking, management is too lazy to show you where the unit is, do any walk arounds, provide you with any even general information, no drop off information was provided for when the location was going to be closed upon drop off, could not find the key drop slot as the location the drop box was not shown. Would never rent from this location again.

jerry cI'm still waiting for my $60 deposit for the trailer to be refunded. I paid with debit, and the guy at the drop off location said it would go back on my card. Nothing has been credited, and as far as I know debit cards need to be processed for refunds. Other than that it was as good as a uhaul experience could be.
