Everytime I have rented at this location its been a great expirience. Staff is always nice and clear on rules of renting a uhaul.

MICHAEL RThe fuel service fee of $40 is ridiculous, borderline criminal offense! Then an additional $35 for the actual fuel use for 30 miles for the entire rental. Your charges cost more then the rental. I understand the price gouge on the gas but then another $40 flat rate on top is not caring for your customer.

JONATHAN CThe 24/7 option was horrible. It did not work I did not get past step 2. Even when I tried to return the truck that didn't work either. If it wasn't for the owner of the franchise I would not have rented with you guys. He was closed that day but he just happened to be in the building he helped me out that's the only reason why you guys got my business. I will only come back and use his business in the future.

My only issue involves receiving a text message to drop off the tow dolly at a location that does not exist as I arrived at the location this dealer directed me to for drop off. I told them I was going farther to another drop off only to return later when I discovered there is no Uhaul at the address given! Both rental and drop off dealerships were fine. You folks need to know who they are!

Andre PAlthough it took over an hour to get rental completed due to uhaul computer problems they were very friendly and helpful. As far as equipment how are you expecting someone to load a vehicle on a flat bed trailer with no witch. This cause delays in returning rental due to truck being transported did not run. So i feel i should receive a credit.

Steven MCheck engine light came on after one trip and uhaul told me to drive it anyway. I was not comfortable doing that and they wouldn't replace the vehicle and charged me when I didn't even use the vehicle. I had to make other arrangements to find another way of moving and it was very inconvenient. I am extremely unhappy with this uhaul experience and will more than likely never use uhaul again.
TAMMY RMore areas to park equipment when it's rainy and muddy. Back lot was flooded and muddy.
