Nothing the personal at this location was amazing

The truck was filthy, the floor has oil residue inside the truck. There was a left over barrel inside the truck. The cab of the truck smelled like smoke and there was syrup inside the cup holder.

This was our first time renting a moving van and we are so glad we picked this location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Convenient with 24 hour drop off but no one there later to advise that I had dropped off at 0630 and the phone number was saying no longer in service. Not good for business.

I never requested or recieved a dolly yet I was charged $28 for one. Stop overcharging would be a great place to start to improve.

I would find another dealer to represent Uhaul. The place was dirty, poor lighting, salesperson was smoking ( my wife couldn't stay in the place and it took forever for the person to do the contract which had a confirmation number already. They could send any emails or print the contract. They did a somewhat screen shot. It took over 40 minutes. Half of the information was cut off the page. I needed 30 blankets and they had none. I had to go to another dealer. I believe they had been out for awhile. Several other items. If I had the time to use another vendor I would have. One of the poorest vendor.

This was a great experience. Tyler was on top of everything. The vehicle was in excellent condition. I would do this again.

Although I was late by almost 9 min picking up the truck, there was no one therr when I arrived. No note as to when they'd return, no one phone call to me prior to leaving businedd unoccupied. Also, there was no appliance dolly to rent as I had requested.

The computer payment method took over 30 minutes and was very hard to use.

I was the only customer. I had previously made the reservation. But It took a half an hour to process the order. The office is cluttered and smelled unsavory. Improve the order process to make it faster, clean the office and eliminate the foul odors.

The wiring harness was bad and only one taillight oartially worked. The one light that worked could not be used as a brake light or turn signal

They were awesome, Especially the girl renting the Uhauls she was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely rent from them again.

Price was high, not consistent with other U-Haul locations. Office was not clean and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.
