Was originally suppose to drop the trailer off at a UHaul location on Rockbridge Rd in Lilburn. As soon as I pulled in the UHaul employee yelled, “We ain't got room for that trailer. You can't leave it here.” I replied, “I did not know that.” And she returned, “I'm telling you now!” So I frustratingly called Uhaul to find out where to take it. After 20 min on hold they gave me this Indian Trail location. At this location there was nobody present, little room to drop a trailer, and the two phone numbers on the door did not work. I just squeezed the trailer as far back in the parking lot as I could and checked out via the UHaul website.

Don't accept a reservation when you don't have the means to complete it. Truck was covered in sprinkles and ants due to the sprinkles. Was 45 minutes late to my appointment because of the issues with picking up the truck. I selected counter pickup so there would be no delay then got there to a closed store and it took 20+ minutes just to get someone on the phone to figure out what was going on to then find out I could only due mobile pickup (not what I wanted) and then had to wait another 20+ minutes for the owner to finally let me into the unoccupied store to get the equipment I ordered. On returning the truck it asked if I had any disputes and I said yes I want a full refund on the truck and clean up fee. It stated a Uhaul rep would reach out to me within 24 hours to discuss it and no one ever called. I got my final bill yesterday where the cleaning fee was removed but I am not happy with that. This was hands down the worst and most frustrating experience renting a vehicle and I am disappointed Uhaul does not SEEM to care about feedback or customer satisfaction.

The operator was pleasant, yet that was the only upside to our experience. The location was run from a business office, not a typical U-Haul. The office looked a mess and nothing there said "U-Haul". The truck was filthy and there were mechanical problem we were told to overlook, including: the low air signal in a back tire was lit and other panel message regarding towing (which we were not) was signaling. The parking lot was very small and took special effort/care getting in and out. Upon return, we had to go through special check-out procedures, including calling the closed office (4:40p) and texting specific pictures of the truck. Upon texting, we asked if whats was received was all that was needed, yet no one ever texted back or acknowledged our return. In the end, we got the job done, yet left in our mind that U-Haul was not the best solution for any move other than the short, local one we needed this truck for.

The fuel tank was on E when I received the truck. The appliance dolly that I paid for was not in the truck and now you're trying to charge me an extra $200. Terrible experience.

The shop was closed when I arrived at the designated time. I had to call a number on the door to be sure I was able to pick up the trailer. Later I found out the shop owner added insurance coverage to my credit card without my permission and he forged my signature. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
