Patrick CaseyI placed my reservation online, I did not purchase insurance. but I was charged for insurance. So my rental was only 45 minutes and I was charged an extra $26 dollars for a 45 minute rental. I will never use U Haul again.
Latonya saint-jonGreat location friendly people the truck did not do my job. The Tow balll was too short and too far into the bumper. I could not told my trailer, so I rented this truck for nothing. Very sad.

Odilio TorresThis location was great. Easy pick up and drop off. Helpful & friendly shop staff. As far as improvement- this has more to do with online booking and contacting UHaul customer service. Easy mobile reservations are in fact easy to make but the horrible customer service you have to deal with when you encounter issues is just that. Horrible! Reservation was made and equipment was not assigned to me. It took TWO HOURS of back and forth on the phone with customer service reps just to finally be assigned a van. Which I had to travel to a second location because the promised and guaranteed van that I initially reserved was not at the 1st location. Sure, there is a $50 money back guarantee but that is hardly any compensation for the amount of stress and time wasted due to poor quality booking and problem resolution. Stop over promising and over booking equipment- this causes uhaul to under deliver and helps no one.

Jhonny Vivashad the rental overnight. the padlock was stuck and i was not able to use it. I had to purchase another lock to protect my stuff overnight.I notified the gentleman at the store about it. I submitted a copy of the E receipt Of the lock I purchased To the virtual agents that I was trying to chat with early this morning, but nobody answered. Everything was great otherwise.

anthony aielloThe website has deceptive advertising. I choose the 10' moving truck at $19,99/day and $0,79/mile. I was charged $1,49/mile. I was also charged $14 for SafeMove that I did not opt for. I want my money back for overcharge. The response from U-Haul will determine my future use and recommendation of U-Haul.
Karen LuckringI chose this particular location specifically for the good reviews. Andy and Roy were helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. This was my first time driving a van. I totally loved using the U-Haul phone app. Van was clean and well-maintained. Would use them again.

jose aguadoThe office staff at the site was very friendly, but we did have to wait about 20 mins for assistance when we still had a reservation for a truck. The people in front of us did not so the took awhile to be checked in. When it was our turn since I did the online reservation and check in it only took a few minutes. I would recommend asking if there is a line who has a reservation first before taking care of the walk-ins.

Luis OlallaWhen I arrived, they didn't have my truck that I had reserved weeks in advance. The pick up location was in poor condition. The furniture pads I reserved were disgusting. 45 min later, when I finally got a truck (not the one I reserved, but at least it was something...) they inaccurately recorded the gas in the tank, so when i returned it WELL above what was actually in the tank... I was charged additional money for the "gas I failed to pay for," simply because they failed to accurately record the gas mileage.
