Nothing.. the guys that rented us the truck listened to our needs offered solutions. They were patient explaining the details of the contract. They were patient explaining how to work the 27 ft truck. They had an excellent sense of humor. The truck we received was immaculate. I will rent from them again.

They need to lower the prices on the rental van's because I rented a 17 foot truck in the past before renting the van and it was a whole lot cheaper then renting the van and I'm very, very upset and disappointed in this last rental of the Uhaul Van Rental at Addison & Harlem Uhaul!!!!!

My frustration has nothing to do with the stores, they were helpful and the process was easy. I got frustrated trying to contact U-Haul customer service 2 days prior. I needed to change my reservation to a different day and that proved to be impossible. 1-800-Go-U-Haul dropped my call after 20 minutes on hold and the website got stuck in a loop trying to find the reservation. I wound up making an entirely new reservation and was finally able to cancel the original one a day later through the online chat option. It just seemed like an overly cumbersome process for no more than what I was trying to accomplish.

I was scheduled to pick up my U-Haul at 1pm on 5/31. I received a called saying the customer before me was running behind and I couldn’t pick up my U-Haul. This was a huge inconvenience for me because I had hired movers scheduled for 2 to 4pm on 5/31 and my place was 30-40 minutes away from the pick up location. The employee who I spoke with was unapologetic. I arrived at the pickup location at 2pm. The customer returning the U-Haul had not arrived. The employee assisting with the U-Haul rentals informed me that the previous customer was “on his way.” When I asked for an ETA, the employee was unable to provide me an ETA. The employee was not apologetic. The previous customer arrived at 3pm—making it so I did not arrive to my place until 3:55pm, 5 minutes before my movers were scheduled to be finished. After the previous customer arrived, the employee began to provide better customer service—I appreciated this, but it would have been nice to have good customer service throughout the entirety of this disaster. I initially planned to have my U-Haul from 1pm on 5/31 to 3pm on 6/1; I scheduled to have the U-Haul for 48 hours since there were not options between 24 and 48 hours and I wanted to respect other people’s time and by going over my scheduled time. Due to the customer being 2 hours late, i only utilized the U-Haul for 24 hours. I officially got the U-Haul at 3:09pm on 5/31 and returned it at 3:14pm on 6/1. I believe I should be reimbursed for the rental fee for the 48 hours and only be charged for 24 hours. I have pictures to provide the time the U-Haul was returned. This situation cost me and the hired movers time, money, and frustration. I am very unsatisfied with my experience.

There was no walk around of the vehicle to assess any damage that might have been there before I took the vehicle out. Also, communication and instructions on how to return the vehicle and where to put the keys after hours were not clear. Over all, a little confusing.
