Judy HThe mileage and gas levels were off. There were also 5 adults (some in pajamas) rotating in and out of the backseat of a parked car, sharing a crack pipe or something of the sort. Wouldn't recommend this location AT ALL. Stay away.

William NI was very disappointed that I had to drive 30 miles to the drop off location. I passed THREE Uhaul locations on the way. When I dropped off the truck I was charged an extra $30 for going 29 miles over. I wouldn't have gone over if I could have dropped the truck at one of the 3 locations I drove by on my way! To me this is on your company and I should not have had to pay for the extra mileage! So disappointing!
Sally BThe only thing I might add is Wi-Fi for those that don't have it on their phones. We had 5g on our phones and did not like the length of time it took to pick up and return the truck. We spent 1½ hours each time, ultimately calling customer service for each. Totally messed up our day because it took so long each time. We won't be using UHaul in the future due to this issue. Cust SVC was excellent though, both times had the same representative.

Sara LI had to get the truck at a different address from the location where I rented it. Returning the truck online was not a problem, but returning the key was a problem. I was not given any instructions as to what the code for the key box was or how to return the key. I called customer service, and she tried to help me, but the box that she described was not the kind of box at this location. I had to put the key through a slot in the door where mail is delivered.

DONALD PThere was something spilled on the center console which I had to clean in order to return vehicle. I have been charged $40 in additional charges, without explanation. I scheduled pickup in Fort Smith was sent to Spiro. The one person working at the drop off location assured me he'd email my receipt. Didn't happen. Overall I'm unhappy.
david dGet Ryder or another company. UHAUL and their high tech pick up and drop off is the worst I have ever experienced. From the phone to chat, to the help menu is horrible

Walter Gthe lady need to be more knowledgeable for renting out a u haul truck after she gave keys to me she left didn't do a walk around or anything, didn't have the right dolly that I requested to have but got a dolly that worked for me at the time.

DOUG GI waited for five hours three verifications after Warren had approved can I talk to maybe 10 to 12 agents which most were not helpful. Not an experience that I'm willing to suggest another person right now. However I have a feeling that the next time I do it it will be easier

MICHAEL GThey were rude, took my paperwork which was supposed to be my receipt given to me when I rented the Uhaul. Did not give me a receipt showing I turned in rental. Basically acted like they didn't want to deal with the details of rental returns.
Cheryl FI drove Uhaul 50 to 60 miles top and this location in Spiro OK said I went 120 miles. I did not and they charged me an extra $83 dollars. Not an honest location at all.
Nathian TThe person @pickup was part time, extremely pleasant & apologetic for not knowing what to do. Tow dolly was broke. I had to rig up my own clasp to hang onto the tire. Uhaul had no equip. In Arkansas and I was out of time. I had to use your defective equip. and pray my car followed on our trip.

Robert MFelt over charged since I needed truck like 1 1\2 hrs over time to turn in and had to pay another 143.00. Felt that should have only been charged for 2 hrs
