The gentleman who took care of us was very nice and helpful and we were in and out quickly Only issue that I had was not with the location site of the pickup but for the second time in using UHaul the truck that I reserved was not at the location that I reserved it at and I had to drive an additional 70 mile round trip to pick up. UHaul did give me the extra miles on the truck due to this to prevent additional charges. I was informed of this less than 24 hours prior to pickup which was better than the 3 hours I was given the first time this happened

The one thing I would have liked were brighter back up lights. Backing up a dark 350 foot driveway. Grease the track for the to improve opening the back door.

There was broken glass in the back of the truck. Also not much gas in the tank. Also didn't receive any paper work at reserve time so when someone else picked up the truck U-Haul didn't know who they were and were reluctant to dispatch the truck.

The "pick-up" process took far to long for equipment I'd already reserved and this trailer had clearly been used by the previous renter for hauling wood of some kind because there were chunks of bark and debris throughout the trailer. The trailer is well priced and did exactly as I needed it to do and I'll rent again, just maybe not from the place I picked it up.

when I turned In car hauler they sent me a email link to go to turn in hauler requiring a smart phone I don't use a smart phone because of that I got charged an extra day not a good system for people that don't have smart phones

This was the second time i reserved a truck from Uhaul and on both times the day before i was supposed to pickup they call me and told me no truck would be available. The first time i never got a truck they had me waiting all day truck was never return by previous renter so i was screw over. Second time i had to go to Williamson to get only truck they had available. And it was smaller tham what i asked for. The customer service representative was rude to me. Didnt offer anything for my inconvenience. Very bad experience both within months of each other. Why call and reserve weeks before you need it if you not guaranteed the truck will actually be available on day needed.. My card was charge the full $139.00 but my final recipt was for $22.81 for millage used. Very disappointed in the bad customer service which made my moving experience EXTREMELY stressful...

Your reservation system is awful. I ordered a truck from Rochester location a month in advance and I was told could be Greece, Henrietta or Irondequoit location. Closed they offered me was Williamson or Batavia. That is a completely unrealistic. What is the point of a reservation. The lady, Karen, at the 800 number asked me "Do you think I can pull a truck out of thin air"? So disgusted by the whole thing and I slammed Uhaul on my facebook page and telling all my friends how awful your reservation system is and how rude I was treated. No compensation at all on behalf of your company. I will buy a truck before I ever rent from Uhaul again. Disgusted with your company.

The truck was Outstanding. The service location flat out "SUCKED"!!! I was charged for items I never asked for or used. My account was charged $100 for services I didn't ask for. HOWEVER, there IS a bright spot- Rick Boiano. He took the time to listen to me gripe and never took it personally. He, in my opinion, went above the norm and resolved the issue. Reference#2227155.

We paid 253.00 to use the truck from Saturday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon. We did not take it out of town. It sat in a driveway as we were using it to store our furniture because it was raining while we were moving. They never emailed my reciept as promised. Today my card was charged an additional 169.00 without my permission and the receipt they sent this time was double charging us for the days we already paid for and for 37.00 in gas. Which is impossible considering we drove it approx 5 miles. This is horrible for a company to exploit people this way.

The uhaul was terrible, it wouldn’t shift. It was shaking all over you could Hurley keep it on the road . 30 miles and it ate up a half a tank a gas. I believe I should get my money back they should be maintained much better

i booked a 26' truck 4 days prior to my move for Saturday 6/29/18. Yasser assured me the truck would be available for that day. I showed up to pick up truck and it was gone. Yasser was not there either. I spent 45 minutes trying to find out what happened with 6 people waiting for me and the truck. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. The only truck was the 14' available and i was told to take it or leave it. This was absolutely stressful and appalling. I took the 14' truck as i had no choice causing many more trips i had to make and hours to pay my movers. Then U haul charged me more per mile than stated. I never signed any paperwork, i was billed whatever they wanted and approved nothing??? A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The gentleman that assisted me was over and above kind and helpful. what a wonderful place to rent from. It does make a great difference when you have wonderful people to assist you that treat you with respect. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent any of your U-Haul vehicle's. The counter person was more interested in selling cigarettes and gas than getting me on my way with a rental. He did not know what to do and was on the phone with the real manager for 15 minutes. He has a heavy accent and I could not understand what he was saying. He was computer illiterate and could not print a receipt for me. He could not tell me where my drop off location was. I was sent a text with the phone number! Horrible experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truck was in very poor condition and drove terribly. 10 minutes into the drive a buzzer started sounding in the truck and would not turn off, got a headache from the carbon monoxide leaking into the cab. Truck was not ready at pickup time and was completely covered in snow. No assistance was provided at location, had to speak with someone on the phone who took an additional 15 minutes to review all of the details I had already submitted online, this was supposed to be a quick pickup and go that ended up taking over an hour to finally get on the road. Very poor location with poor equipment and poor assistance.

This isn't for the location, but for the Uhaul control system. I reserved online via the website which indicated availability (at a different location), but that availability was not accurate and I had to change my plans significantly to accommodate. Why have online reservation capability if it isn't accurate? This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Make sure the brake lights are working correctly, I had a helper following me home from Webster to Williamson to help unload the u haul, and He told me I had no brake lights , which I reported to the store and they said they just had them repaired, but would have them checked.
