Hart was great; however, the truck's battery was dead when I was about to pull out (after loading) and when I called Hart they had to tell me to call Uhaul Roadside Service. I was also questioned greatly about what I may have done to cause this, which was absolutely nothing. Since RSS would be 1,5 hours, I called a mechanic to jump me and took off. I was told the battery was bad. I called Hart and told to call RSS again. I wanted a new battery before a 61 year old female hit the road in a big truck to drive 650 miles. Anyways, I made it...thank God; however, when I finally made it and pulled into my off loading site, the battery died again. Another call to RSS. Jacksonville RSS was here quickly and all ended up well, but how frustrating to hit the road like this being concerned I would be stuck on the side of the road somewhere alone. The truck really does need a new battery after-all.

Hampton vI tried picking up my reservation twice and it wouldn't go through. When I called I was told there was a flash on my account, and they removed it without any comment on what it was. Since I reserved my rental before the day of, this could have been handled before I was standing on the side of the road with traffic blaring by and keeping my help waiting.
Matthew BDon't assume people opt in for insurance. I was never asked if I wanted it or not. And he was predijest that it was 2 women using a uhaul to move. I will never go there again because the truck he gave me was old and hard to open and close the back.

lois lTerrible location and charged way more than what was supposed to be. Guy calculated the mileage wrong and won't refund us our money. Filling a complaint online as well
Leche GVery easy after hours drop off instructions with plenty of space to maneuver and park my rental.
Patrick BHeater did not work in the truck. This resulted in long periods of defrost time and a very uncomfortable ride in northern states due to cold weather.

Matthew LThe drop off experience was abysmal. Customer service wanted me to take it 30 minutes out of the way, and the self checkout process was impossible to complete because the login / account creation system threw errors and directed me to call support. I had to drop it off at the (original) location. When I arrived the manager was rude and short with me. No acknowledgement or eye contact. Basically told me to give him the key and leave. I get it, it was 10 minutes before closing, but it wasn't my fault the system doesn't work. Could at least be courteous.

Darlene HThough the process was relatively okay, the van was disgusting upon arrival. There was less than a quarter of a tank when I got it, and the tire light stayed on throughout the duration of my trip.

James HMr. Hart, owner of the business, greeted us at 8:00am. He checked my rental agreement to make sure I was dropping the trailer at the right location, and then told me that I could drop the trailer where I was parked. His UHAUL representative was not at work yet but would take care of the trailer when he arrived. I selected Hart Trailer Sales for the drop location because it was close to my destination and it opened at 8:00am.
Ronald ECalled me to tell me he was shutting his business down because he, "had other plans" despite his business hours being posted until 4pm, so I had to drop everything to pick the truck up right then. He didn't leave for another hour, even though he rushed me. I quoted myself 40 miles and finished my trip in 38. I got charged for 42 miles after the fact, even though I filled up the gas tank more than what I had gotten it with. It's all small stuff but compared to other places I've rented from, I'm not renting there again.

David BThe store appears to be permanently closed. There was a huge chain on the door and I had to online drop off. There was no notification of this and I expected someone to be there.
