Jeremi CThe trailer was dirty, salt-covered, and had a rust color in the interior. If you're going to hold customers responsible for the condition of the trailer then the trailer should be pristine when renting them. Front-Desk Individual stated that they normally don't rent anything past 4 PM even though there are reservations on the website up to 5 PM. The installer did not take it easy when installing the trailer but rather dropped the trailer onto the hitch very hard to the point where we had to inspect it before leaving to see if any damage had occurred to the trailer or the vehicle.

Jack MNo longer allow Hartley's to misrepresent and ruin U-Haul reputation. 1st they didn't have vehicle I reserved on the day I reserved it. 2nd no substitute/ replacement vehicle to rent me. 3rd they tried to correct their error/ excuse incompetency, by allowing me to come back following day to rent a different vehicle. (several plans intertwined & contingent upon one another had to be rearranged) 4th they made up for it by offering 4 days for price of 1 (keep truck all weekend) ($19,95 +tax & milage) 5th charged me $239,47 instead of $19,95 x 2. Wen they explained it to me, after I returned rental, I understand it to mean that I wouldn't have been insured over the weekend because they were keeping it a secret from you.

Cynthia SVery disappointed I ordered moving pads online and when I went to get my rental they had none. Not sure who's fault that is but why offer them if you can't deliver the product the day of the rental That is my only complaint. But that was a huge inconvenience I was a commander of a uhaul in homer ny 40 some years ago. And I would have made sure we would have had the pads if someone ordered them

Vickie MI was in my way to a doctor's appointment. When the person in charge asked if I wanted help unhooking I was glad for the service. Nice folks. Oh , and I mention it was raining at the time. Nice folks to deal with.

Mandi MI'm having issues with uhaul. If your told to drive 100 miles and the rate will be 49cpm, then you are charged 89cpm. A few week later your charged $1,09 pm. This seems to create a failure and an uneasy feeling of trust with uhaul. Would be nice to have this straightened out.

Robert BGreeted several staff at drop off, none even acknowledged my presence, would never recommend this location for anything that involves the staff. Have used Uhaul moving trucks a half dozen times in the last 10 years and while nothing went wrong with them, the experience has gotten less pleasant and more impersonal every time. This holds true for this place.
