Mark HMake sure that the drug paraphernalia has been removed from the truck before renting it to the next customer. I had already driven the truck from the pick up location to my house where my daughter discovered a pipe (and we're not talking a tobacco pipe) and lighter between the hood & the windshield. Thank god she saw it before we started out on the trip bringing the furniture stores in garage to the new place..
Dale FI had requested and reserved a CARGO open trailer with a ramp. I arrived to find that a closed trailer was my only choice. I needed the ramp.

Marie SThe truck had damaged that was not marked prior to my taking possession of it. Right rear tire was low on air. They did fill it up when I pointed it out to them. Truck had 1/4 tank when I received. I was told it had to be returned with the same amount so I should fill it up with the distance I would be traveling. As can be see by the people checking it in I returned it with 3/4 of a tank of gas so there was no need to fill it completely. I paid $53 dollars to fill the tank. I would appreciate at least a partial refund since there was a half a tank of gas that I should not have put in the truck.

When I went to the hartly location another person had the same thing happen from the same location. That is a terrible way to do business. I will never use that location again. I will tell people not to use them either. Hartly was great it was a smooth transaction Kudos to Hartly
WAYNE OI had a great experience From the beginning of the reservation ,picking up the rental at the facility , dropping off vehicle .. Easy process !! Highly recommend to all my friends and family ! THANK YOU SHARIFF ( original facility ) And THANK YOU JOE (drop off)

James Von the 6x12 trailer put a crank lift on them --- too heavy to lift off to impossible pending the surface angle... Good I had my own jack. Might be good to provide a wheel chock too...
