Krupaben PThe staff was rude i returned my equipment and they call my phone being rude talking about I can’t park here etc and advised them that was my return location horrible customer service
Demetrius WOur truck had a leak, and since it rained after it was loaded, some of our contents got wet. Without unpacking the contents we don't know for 100 % that nothing was damaged, but we think it was all okay. We did point it out to the drop off agent.
Dennis RThere was no one there to except my turn in, I left the truck and the key will a lady that work at the car lot. I had to return to get her to call a u haul person who agreed to come by and check the turn in and send me a receipt.
