Renting from UHaul is way too complicated and time consuming. Couldn't get a hold of anyone, finally I got a hod of Cedric, who was quite helpful but renting from yall is not like it use to be.

One was there even though it was during business hours and the explanation was very poor of my rental agreement.

Make the process easier to many steps on the phone

This is a remote location. Representative will complete contract using his phone. In this case he was unable to upload a copy of my driver's license and it caused nearly 20 minutes worth of delay in finding a work-around. Recommend you instruct renters to have digital front/back photos of their license available in case this happens again.

The person arrived at the lot late. My vehicle over the utility trailer.was not properly tie down with the chains and safety straps. (Unsafe).

Don't charge 19 dollars for 1/8th a tank of gas, greedy corporation. I tried to fill it but ur proprietary gas cap didn't work with the gas station nearby's pump. Floor of uhaul was sticky in the trunk and muddy in the front. Sat around at the pick up location for 20 minutes with 0 instructions on how to get into the gate... overall it was a negative experience but at least it was cheaper than hiring movers.

The managing attendant was helpful and cordial. There was a quote vs charge disparity that she expeditiously resolved to ensure the quoted amount was honored.

make sure agents provide all necessary information to the customer. When I went to return the truck, I did not have the gate code to get inside the gate to put the truck in the proper parking area. So I had to park the truck outside of the gate and lock the keys inside of the truck

Called for an hour later return and was charged $184, could’ve rented it for 24 hours for that charge.

I got the truck on E .. put gas in it then was charged an extra 50+ dollars for idk why!! I’m pissed will never go back to this location.

Reservation was for 11:30 am we waited an hour and 30 minutes for someone to get there to give us the truck
