Vehicle was not good/safe to drive, probable mechanical issue. Play in steering and gear shift could be felt

It was not my first time renting u haul , I rented almost 10 times before and no one ever asked me that your fuel level is not appropriate or truck is not clean but she pin point on everything . Reason behind is because I rented it for the whole 24 hours and drove only 16 miles which she cannot digest it and at the time of giving the truck to me she kept on saying return it asap .

Zafarul IAfter all the process when I git the keys, Truck's windshield was covered with ice and Wipers were frozen in ice. They were not working, there was no brush or scrapper to clean the snow. I had to manage and clean that at my own. I was expecting truck should have been ready for pickup but it took over an hour to drive from there after cleaning snow and all. Odometer and fuel was also not correctly reported and I had to make dispute for that.

Cosmas EABSOLUTELY THE WORST PERSON (owner) EVER! I wish I had read the reviews prior to my service. I used Uhaul services many time prior but never from this location. Please UHAUL- please take back your licence from this location and revoke his service. He was the most RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and INCREDIBLY INCONSIDERATE PERSON. I would never ever use this location ever again and suggest my fellow neighbours do yourself a favour and don't it use this location.

JOHANTAN PI had a very bad experience!! Not recommended at all!! The lady over charged us and had an argument because we paid 156$ the moment we booked the uhaul and they charged our credit card for another 200$!! We left the truck with same amount of gasoline when we picked it up and drove it for 230km!!! For 6 hours and for 230km we paid more than 350$!!!

Pratik PThe owner of this place didn't take accountability for not assigning a truck for my reservation. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and kept saying that store opens at 9 am and no truck can be assigned before that although uHaul gave me an option for mobile check in for this location. She kept saying its uhaul's fault and kept lying that she called me at 8 to give me Keys for the truck but i was in that parking lot for 1 hour and there was no one there. I even have call log proof that she didn't call me till 9 am. I had to wait till 9 because as per customer service there was not other equipment availability nearby. She argued with my friend for all these things when be returned the truck and wasted 40 minutes of our time on top of giving our uhaul truck 1 hour late. Very poor customer service on her behalf. Alshe should at least admit her fault when she is actually wrong.

PARMINDER BThis location was much better than other ones. Lady there was so helpful, she opened her store late but we were waiting outside at our pick up time. But she adjusted our drop off time accordingly without any wastage of time.

Christine NThe location is fine and the gentleman working there was great- very friendly and easygoing. The only issue was the truck which had the check engine light on, and made some scraping and high pitched sounds while driving. The truck needs maintenance.
Harshad TThis was a horrible experience The woman is in a hasty market and took an Hour to get us out of her store and back to our plans to move things - we then find out the truck's Not at the hasty market and we have to drive to the India Bizarre where she says it's in the back - we then have to Find the truck that we have Paid for and are on a time limit, then she didn't tell us to bring it back there to show her the gas usage - or to take a picture so we returned it to the India Bizarre only to find out upon returning to her convenience store she wants all of that information - at th hat pout to had to drive back to the truck open it take pictures and go back Then she stated the odometer wasn't showing in the pictures and almost made us drive back to the truck a second time - then she just dropped it and said fine and gave the keys to the man waiting to use the truck and asked me if I'd mind going and getting the truck for her waiting customer to cl which I replied no I had two babies in the hot car waiting one who'd fallen asleep due to the length of time her antics took up. We will Never use this location again - and will deifinetly check with enterprise next time They have unlimited kilometres anyways Regards, Saresa

sohail mThe entire parking lot where the pickup was supposed to be was undergoing construction. We were not informed about the changed pickup location. Eventually we found the trucks parked across the street in a plaza. Once found our truck, we had to run across the street to get the keys. The whole mess took us 30-35 minutes to figure out and we got late for our moving. Would not recommend to my friends and family.

Navjot SThe vehicle should be regularly maintained and cleaned. The fuel reading showed on the equipment contract is higher than the actual. I drove about 14 km only and they charged me $10,5 for the fuel! This means that this vehicle consumes is 75 letters/ 100 km, which is impossible

I disputed the gas level on checkin on the app. When i returned the truck with same level which was 1/4 she said no it was more then she started showing me photos on her phone for the gas level but the milage is completely different. The other problem is they park the trucks at another near by plaza but thats not convenient at all. The lady was very rude during the whole transaction.

Rajwant BI rented uhaul many times but at this location my experience was worst I had driven truck 36 miles I have record of that and these guys charged me 168 miles driven which is kind a robbery for my wallet I am calling u haul to solve it ASAP and these guys don’t deserve uhaul dealership you can check google reviews and see what’s experiencing public with this location

Karla AI was charged extra for the fuel but as per my mobile picture it's showing correct. I've emailed uhaul for clarification but no response received after week. U haul should at least give clarification for my email. Still waiting. Could you please let me know the reason for "Fuel Charge: 26 LT" charge of $66,51 ? As per the receipt the total mileage is 5 MI and I have added fuel before returning the truck. So I would like to know if this amount is for fuel ? I have taken pictures of fuel measures before taking the truck and after returning the truck. As per the below image (along with the date and timestamp) after returning the truck the fuel indicator is showing more than what was there before taking the truck. So I'm finding it hard to match the $66,51 amount. Please clarify.
