The person who helped me had no experience hooking up a trailer. I rented from a convenience store that has U-Haul trailers for rent. When you go to an actual U-Haul owned location, they take a photo confirming for liability reasons that they hooked up the trailer properly.Jason D.

The process of picking up the trailer was slow. There was a lot of information needed that could have been obtained during the booking. The software also appeared to be slow. The process would have been OK for a full UHaul location but not OK for a convenience store, as there were customers of the store waiting for me to finish.Carlo S.

We haven't received any information regarding the insurance at the time of registration and pick up. Make sure that the staff need to inform us every procedure before the registration. Because of that we had to pay an extra amount for the service.josepina V.

Don't park 20 foot long trucks behind building. No room to back out without assistance, no wonder there's multiple bumper dents in the store wall. I was fortunate enough to have a uhaul mechanic direct me out of the space. The girl behind the counter was amazing and the process was way faster then expected. Pickup and drop off. in under 5 minutes.Rob W.

I found your advertising deceiving. I rented a van that was advertised for $19,95 and I ended paying $53,2 before taxes plus another $10 on gas for a trip that lasted 1 hour. I drove 25 Km and was charged for that (not advertised). The $10 on gas was expected. I was charged $15 for CDW that I didn't need because the credit card I used covered me, but nobody mentioned it at the time of the rental and I noticed the charge in the receipt. $19,95 is the price if you rent the vehicle but do not move it and that, in my humble opinion, is deceiving.Fernando R.

It took 40 minutes for the attendant to submit our pick up through the system. We were the only ones there. It made us late to our destination. On top of that, the truck was dirty (there was dirty tissues in the cup holders) and sounded like it was about to fall apart. Not a very good experience at all. I hope to never have to rent a uhaul truck again.Brandon H.
The location wouldn't give me the truck I rented for a oneway rental. Seems like there is no communication. I had to call the office several times to get the location to release the truck. My destination pick up kept changing. There was no dolly inside had to drive to another location to get one.Aliyah M.
