UNCLEAR signage. I parked next to two other parked UHaul trucks and then the guy came out of Hasty Market and called across the lot to park in front of his store (the dropoff location) - poorly signed indeed. Also, the key drop box says clearly to go to the UHaul website and click the Retuning Button but I don't know my login information thus making it a pain in the neck to drop off. Why not just say, drop your keys? It's poorly marked and made the process stressful.MARKT K.

Dolly was not in the van, insisted on still charging me for it. Truck was rented from 9-3, but their website went down when we went to pickup so we weren't able to actually leave with the truck until we'll after 10. This screwed up the whole day, so we weren't able to return the truck until 5:30 and got hit with a lot of fees. Terrible experienceLauren K.

My reservation was changed. I altered my plans to accommodate. My in line check in didn't happen so I ended up going in person. The equipment was dirty and truck was needing repair. Into my trip I was actually feeling unsafe but could not alter plans by then. Drop off was unhelpful. Informed the Hasty Market employee who seemed confused as to why this would have occurred. He than followed up by indicating he could not close the store and examine my return as he was the only employee and had customers to attend to. I have been a loyal customer who rents often. I cannot believe I was actually charged for this rental. It will be my final involvement with U Haul. I've never had this type of experience. Bad from the start and just got worse. My contact with the renter store fell on deaf ears. They seemed very disinterested.JACQUELINEL G.

mobile pickup app not working due to app "No Location", tried 3 phones same issue. All three phone has location turned on. Creditcard was already entered but need to enter twice again, seeem like all previous entered info were need to be re-enter, took much longer than expected. The u-haul agent was friendly and helpful, it's the U-haul app and reservation system that is brokenPing yuen L.

Talk about a complete 180Â° change from picking up the rental at the worst location with rude service, to dropping it off with the nicest guy. He was so kind, personable, and eased any fears or concerns we had that were solely based on our experience that morning from picking up the truck. He was great ?? and would highly recommend anyone to drive the extra Km's to drop it off here! 5/5 would use againTiffani F.
